Property was definitely dated for the most part the staff was friendly and accommodating. We called ahead of time about the breakfast because we don't like just a carb loaded breakfast. And the staff had said that there was meat on the breakfast bar however when we went to breakfast there was not. My friend that was traveling with me informed them of the conversation and they argued with her. I overheard the conversation and when she asked the question they said yes. However I believe there may be a language barrier or they were just trying to get her off the phone and saying yes. Overall the stay was not horrible.

Elevator to first or second—-none

The rooms were clean, but the lobby and stairs were filthy. Need to bee vacuumed daily. OuR TV did not work nor could the desk attendent fix it. . Breakfast was good.

It was clean, but there was some troubles with clerk’s computers and electricity because of rainy weather. Priced accordingly.

Super 8 Hotel, Hutchinson, KS. POSITIVE: the bed was comfortable and the shower bath had great water pressure. NEGATIVE: Old furniture. Permanently stained sheets and towels. One sheet had such a bad looking stain that we asked for it to be replaced. We were handed another sheet and we had to replace it ourselves! The carpet was grimy so bad that we didnt walk on it barefoot. The light switches were also grimy like they had never been cleaned. The hair dryer did not work at all. When we checked in, there was some kind of party going on in the lobby. There were kids playing in wet bathing suits and there was water everywhere. I have never stayed in such a sorry hotel. If this is the Super 8 standard, we'll never stay in another one.

One of the worst motel stays I've ever had.

Good stay. Had a little trouble with tv, but that may have been me.

Dirty towels, not desk staff, no ice machine, broken toilets. Terrible pet smells and order. Dirty sheets.

The whole building smelled and everything had a dirty feeling upon walking in our rooms. Floors were sticky, towels and bedsheets stained.

Room smelled like mold. Bath/shower had mold

Unfortunately the smell of Curry and smoke permeated the halls and rooms of the Hotel. It was noticeable immediately upon entering the building. The smell of smoke is in the sheets and towels in our non smoking room. The room was clean and the staff were fabulous. Sadly we would not stay again.

The hotel room was okay, I found a lot of hair in the bathroom and the outlet by the bed had a shortage. I was told by an employee prior to our arrival that the handicap ramp was easy for wheelchairs and walkers to use. It wasn't, the ramp that was very steep. They refused to cancel my reservation by charging me fees for the 2 rooms. I was glad that the men that helped me get my mom and sister up the ramp to the second floor.

Old and loud A/C unit in the wall made it difficult to sleep. Very small Bathroom Bathroom counter had pieces of hair on it Lamp shades were ripped Always had a very foul smell Hotel needs a serious upgrade from outside to inside to inside the rooms

No cold water one night and no hot water the next morning. Out of date furniture with a strange smell. But I guess for the price it okay.

Beds were super comfy!! Front desk very friendly so yes we will be back.

The front desk threatened to cancel my room because they overbooked if i didn't pay for my 1st night before check in even opened and repeatedly called me harrassing me. I travel up to kansas frequently for rabbit shows. Bet your ass I WILL NOT be back after being treated like I was. And top it off when i got in the tv wouldnt work. I had to ask them to come up to fix it on Saturday.
