Great place to stay for a quick trip to Busch Gardens!

We stayed for 3 nights while vacationing in Busch Gardens. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The location was perfect with Busch Gardens being just a little way down the road. There was a buffet breakfast on site which was a nice time saver so we didn't have to venture out in the morning. I would definitely stay there again.

The overnight desk clerk ,forgot his name but he was there overnight my ehole stay mon-wrd night. He was a sweetheart ,very customer oriented and always bustling around. Very friendly ad well,clerks like this make it 5 plus stars

Everything about this hotel was excellent!! Rooms were spacious, comfortable and very clean and modern. Also, the staff were exceptionally friendly and competent. Located in a very convenient area for access to all local attractions. If all Holiday Inn Express hotels are this good, I will always book them!

the room was not as clean as i expected. it had a bad smell and carpet and the chairs had stains.

Offered an upgrade to a suite but it wasn’t actually a suite. Still a single room, which wasn’t great for our set up. Would have preferred to keep double queen and at least had a comfortable bed. Hotel staff all very nice tho.

Nice, clean property in a great location - very close to Busch Gardens.

A great place to for access to Fort Eustis. The breakfast was perfect for a quick meal.

This was a very clean and well decorated hotel. Every aspect seemed top notch. The extra amenities in the room were super: hair dryer, safe, large TV, great tile in the bathroom -wall and floor. Great stay at a reasonable price. Loved the decorative aquarium in the dining area.
