I stay at this hotel for business and of all the hotels I have stayed at, I like this hotel the best. It's quiet, clean and the staff are outstanding. The beds are very comfortable, the plumbing in the bathrooms works very well, very nice water pressure in the shower. And to top it off, you get a free ( delicious) cookie when you check in. I recommend the hotel.

Property was under construction but the staff were very accommodating and helpful.

Resturant was great. Check in was great and the shuttle made it conveneient to move and forth to the airport. Basic but comfortable.

Clean hotel very convenient for a layover between flights.

No major complaints. Front desk staff were great. Got checked in fast. 1 of 2 elevators were broken down and the second elevator could only take 4 people/1000lbs. It was slow and it sat on the floor i was going to for likr 30 seconds bwfore the door opened....i didnt go back in it. Lol. But once thats repaired, all good. Reaturant on site was decent. Apparently dont do refills, but not a deal breaker. Food was decent, service was good. Id go back again. Typic hotel pricing though. Will be going back next time i pass though Calgary.

Gave us late check in

The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. They were very helpful. The hotel itself was very clean in spite of undergoing renovations to the pool area and one of the elevators. The room was clean. There was no discernable noise during the night in spite of how busy the hotel was and its proximity to YYC.

I called the hotel for the shuttle and the driver told me that it comes every 15-17 minutes. After waiting more than half ann hour i called again and he told me that he thought i was only inquiring. So needless to say I wasn't happy

Convenient

Restaurant on site was good. Has a bar and vlts. Friendly staff. Got the jacuzzi suite and was impressed with the size and quality. However the kitchenette was void of everything required. Glasses. Mugs for tea and coffee. Plates. Bowls. Cutlery. Everything .Empty. my only complaint but a major fail. Everything else was perfect. Would recommend and will stay again.

This hotel fit our needs for location to activities around the city (3 day stay) but it’s in need of an upgrade. While the room was comfortable and appeared to be clean, we had to move some furniture and it was dirty in the hidden corners. It was also noisy but that’s not the fault of the hotel; just the bad luck of being near inconsiderate guests.

When a person is picked up from the airport, asking them to tell you, the property address is unreasonable. Most of the time clients will not know the property address and this would be something that would trip them up in my case. I was frustrated so as much as I enjoyed my stay at your hotel, this part left a sour taste in my mouth.
