our room keys weren’t working. we went back and fourth from the room to the lobby at least 3 times before the guy working the front finally decided to see what was going on. instead of giving me a new room or room key he told the maintenance guy to go and see if he could fix my door. so i followed and waited for about 15 minutes until i decided i had enough and demanded a new room. finally got the room and walked in to find it dirty

TV did not work. Bugs were present. Sheets were very dirty and no room service the next day. Very bad experience. I notified front desk and said they would fix but never showed up. Complained again about TV and they did nothing.

Room was not cleaned prior to us arriving, had awful smell, walls in the room had substance on them, ac in room made noise when turning off, noisy neighbors, ice machines did not work, and alot of traffic during night hours

Mattresses were black, roaches everywhere, dirty floor, stains, doors broken, people hanging out outside late, we were in and out in 5 minutes. It was in horrible shape. The hotel wouldn’t answer expedias phone calls. Just overall terrible.

Absolutely unsanitary. There was crumbs on the sheets. We found left from the previous stayers a shirt, sock and glasses, signs this place was not CLEANED. We were just passing through town and tried to make it through the night. The kids even said "I WOULD RATHER SLEEP IN THE CAR". I reached out to the general manager and have not heard back.

I asked for sheets to be changed after 3 days, they didn’t. Towels were not clean, they even had stains and smelled bad. Not to mention they were super old. Last day they did not even make the bed , they just put towels in the sink with 1 toilet paper. Lobby was dirty on breakfast ours. Not stocked. Ice machines did not work at all. Pool was nasty dirty, couldn’t even get in with my kid. My stay started 07/04 and today was my check out. Awful experience and disappointed since I always go for La Quinta.

Toilet in bathroom was not clean under bed was hot dog wrappers my wife found when she dropped something and had to bend over to get it bath mat for shower was dirty room key would only work one time and after that would have to go get reset happened seven times counter person told me not to put it with my cell phone was never with my cell phone was in Pocket by itself something wrong with system breakfast was a joke no coffee cups no cereal nobody at the counter to fill any refill anything either Amanda a few La Quinta inns me and my wife like to stay at them will not be staying at this one again

This was a very surprising poor hotel. Our family usually stays at La Quintas without issue. This is a motel style with all exterior room doors. Windows were very thin and you can clearly hear all parking lot and balcony noise. Breakfast selection is bare minimum and the front desk upon arrival was unfortunately rude. I-35 is under construction making it a bit difficult to access the hotel. We will not be staying here again.

Property was nasty. Smelled like animals. Stains on the walls and floors. Spots on the bed. Tried to move me to another room and it smelled like smoke and was just as dirty. Not properly maintained. Sketchy vibes. Had 5 guests and could not get 5 wash towels. They decided to refund me and Expedia saying they can’t give me my money back. Horrible experience through Expedia and this hotel.

The room was very loud and not clean. The bed sheets had urine stains, and although we requested a non-smoking room, it smelled strongly of cigarettes. The restroom was also dirty.

Before even getting into the room, there was animal poo in the sidewalk to get to the stairwell. The stairwell is outside, but still smelled of stale cigarettes. Each time I walked those steps I regretted staying there. The door handle would stick, so you had to fiddle with it to get the door open. The room itself looked fine at first glance. The first thing I did was check the beds for bedbugs, and they were all clear. Because we'd arrived incredibly late, after a long day of driving, that was enough to be okay staying there. We were there for 3 nights, though, and with each passing day there were more issues. The first morning, we found a massive, dead roach in the closet. When we finally used the fridge, there found a tiny, also dead roach in the door. Generally, the room didn't feel clean. The floor in the bathroom looked grimy, the sink and counter weren't filthy, but looked like it hadn't been cleaned very well before or arrival. And, sure, the beds were free of bugs, but they weren't great. The sheet on one of the beds had a small tear, and all of the sheets were dingy. The whole place smelled.. off. The very last morning, we discovered a live roach. I've stayed in a few hotels in my life, generally searching out the least expensive options due to budget reasons, but I have never had such poor opinions or experiences in any of them until now. We did stay the full 3 nights and didn't bring any of our complaints up until check out, but I would never stay here again.
