No AC, 80 degrees in our room. Brought us a fan. Found out from other guests it has been out for days. Central Air, not individual rooms, so entire hotel down. Had to check out as I can't sleep in 80 degree room. Front desk and manager understanding, but should have told us at check in no AC and we would have never checked in. No fridge or microwaves, tiny room and strange bathroom. Location is good.

Staff were friendly and amazing. Easy access to downtown areas.

No air condition

The hotel is nice, the breakfast was good, the room was good, The air conditioning didn’t work for three days, I tried adjusting the thermostat for two nights. I thought is was doing something wrong, I called the front desk and maintenance came and checked it out, maintenance they have having trouble with the air conditioning for a while. They thought it was fixed and said it will take a while to cool down gave me a fan. I think for the price per night I paid something should be done, but nothing.

Stayed 5 days. On day 1 mentioned to the front desk that A/C doesn’t seem to be working and they said that they would have someone look at it. The next couple days we got back late to a hot room and was tired and ready for some rest. Did not get much sleep because it was basically unbearable. I went back to the front to find what happened with the repair. They told me it’s a building wide issue… They basically kept condition of the building from me until the end of my week stay. Made my trip experience terrible. I usually pick a Holiday Inn when I travel, but this has changed my mind with how the treat there customers.

4 days high in Denver !!

Location was good , parking Valet was nice but $49 a night for a guest is crazy. Room was very small and not many extras.

The room was very small for the price we paid. Parking was expensive- $49 a day and was off-site so it wasn't convenient to fetch items out of the vehicle once we were parked.

The hotel was in a great location for all the downtown amenities! I was disappointed in the room as it was extremely small. The water took 5-7 minutes to get warm. The breakfast was basic but appreciated :) I would recommend the hotel if you are on a budget and are patient with the little imperfections.

This is close to a lot of the downtown attractions. It's very walkable.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The valet was worth it and they also were friendly and courteous. My room was clean, quiet and perfect sized for me. I wish there was a fridge in my room though. Otherwise it was a nice hotel in a convenient location!

It was great.

Parking is expensive and terrible to sort. I rented a car to see the sites for two days and parked the car the other two days never moving it $42. No in/out privileges around the corner across the street no attendant. Event was at the Colorado Convention Center very convenient and great food within walking distance.

Overall not bad, however on the website it advertised a pool which they did not have, rooms were very small and did not have mini refrigerators or microwaves as advertised.
