Fabulous staff

The facilities are aged, but adequate. No USB connections in the rooms without hardware...and limited restaurants. Downtown area needs a facelift and didn't feel safe...

We have had previous stays at this location which were fine except for one where they screwed up our reservation and our room was not available. They did make good on it and we were put up in a small room with a cot. This time the “free breakfast” was non-existent. There was nothing available- no muffins no cereal no pastries, nothing. The first day the coffee was cold the second day there wasn’t any. On to the bathroom. While pulling up the lever to divert water flow to shower the spigot came right out of the wall. It was obvious it had been caulked before. We reported it to the front desk but no one ever came to check it out. Horrible stay!

To begin with, the cost for Friday was $80 more than the cost for Friday. The room was clean but needs updating. We ran out of tissue and TP and there were no back up supplies. The air conditioner is way too noisy. The upstairs guests were way too noisy. Not the hotel's fault but maybe put kids downstairs. The desk phone did not work. Worst of all, the bed was the most old and uncomfortable that we have ever slept on. THEN, we decided to eat the second night cost of $177 (way too much) and leave. We DID check out. Then, they re-book the room to some else and charge MY credit card!! ($21 less than I paid) It did get credited but REALLY? All in all, never again.

Stayed for 3 nights and my room was never cleaned. Had to ask the front desk for fresh supplies (clean towels, toilet paper, tissue, etc.). Front desk staff person was always friendly. Breakfast minimal, consisting of packaged muffins, pastries, fruit cups and yogurt. Fortunately, there is a Walmart close by as well as several dining establishments if one is looking for other options.

Pretty gross and run down. Everything felt sticky, and the AC unit was incredibly loud. Unfortunately few other options in Ticonderoga.

We had a handicapped room and the mini-fridge kept blowing the circuit. It wouldn’t run for even 5 hours without us having to reset the plug. Being mobility-impaired, it is not easy to move a mini fridge and reset the plug behind mug. Our food was ruined. And staff said this happens all the time in that room. SO FIX IT! The mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. They do allow pets, which is probably the only reason most people even stay there.

Friendly helpful staff, clean, and great for the price. Next door to McDonald's amd Walmart, short walk to good convenience store. Us Adirondack taxi! $5 to downtown $15 to train station from hotel

very convient, and the staff really cared about you and making sure you very satisfied. Mindy was working that day, very polite and accomadating.

Staff and facilities were excellent. Convenient to visiting Fort Ticonderoga.

Staff was friendly and room was clean. Good vibes, not seedy at all. The building was a bit run down, but such is expected from a budget hotel. The room itself had newer flooring, which shows they are likely working to update the building. I do feel I paid about $20 too much per night for a hotel of this caliber, but overall it was okay and I would stay there again.

Everything was great, people we're helpful. Would absolutely stay again.

The beds were very uneven and lumpy and the breakfast was very simple: packaged pastries, fruit cups, the dregs of a pitcher of OJ, and two remaining yogurt cups. The place is fine, but overpriced for the condition of the beds and breakfast.

The staff was friendly. The room was comfortable. The last morning after staying there for 3 days no coffee but they did have yogurt, muffins, danish and fruit cup. The gentleman said they had a problem with the electrical so no coffee. The price was right so we definitely would stay again. As I said the staff was friendly. Close to restaurants

We were very disappointed first of all, in the limited and almost non existent breakfast options and breakfast bar in general. The room was uninviting, there was literally just a couple fruit cups and no hot water. We noticed upon entering the room, that the smoke detector as ripped out. They did replace it a day later. Of course, it should have been taken care of before they rented us the room. Certainly the cleaning staff should've noticed it. The counters in the room were not clean or wiped.

I was very disappointed in the breakfast choices.it was just a muffin and coffee .and their wasn't enough for me and my husband
