Good stay for Santa Fe touring. Solid property with amenities and easy to find. Walkable for the old town of Santa Fe.

Overall, the stay, the stores and staff were nice. The bar staff needed to be a little more attentive. We sat for ten minutes and had to flag someone to help, even after 3-4 staff members walked by us. Perhaps better communication among the team could prevent our experience in the future.

The rep who checked us in was smug & disingenuous. They put us in a room on the ground floor right off the lobby & the bar. It was noisy. The room was in dire need of an upgrade. Completely overpriced for what was delivered. The parking valets were courteous & efficient. The only bright spot.

Property and staff were a slowly wonderful. Location was so convenient for our activities. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Amazing place!

The staff is absolutely amazing. I loved the living room they had downstairs it made it so easy to just go down and have something to do with all the shops they had downstairs. My family loved Santa Fe and Loretto was a big part of that reason.

Beds are comfortable, rooms are large and clean. Location is perfect. Staff are lovely. I will definitely stay here again.

A beautiful property with a lot of impressionable features including the natural beauty of Santa Fe and the Hacienda style design of the Adobe Structure. I felt a powerful healing energy radiating from below the grounds, especially while swimming in the pool. And it felt as if the property was full of life even though my partner and I were one of the very few couples there. I don’t know much about the history of Santa Fe and those grounds at Loretto specifically, but I imagine there is a lot of it, as many generations have walked those same grounds, before us, including my ancestors, more likely than not.

Excellent service and friendliness from all the staff! Perfect location for sightseeing, dining, and walk- ability. Spacious room rooms with beautiful balconies for views. On-site restaurant, lobby lounge with fireplace and coffee/wine bar were all great!

Very beautiful and well appointed rooms. All the common areas are very clean. The restaurant and food areas are absolutely delicious. The nearby shops in available walking activities are quite intriguing. I would highly recommend this place.

Was late for a spa appointment. The valet guided me to the spa to save me time getting there.
