We thoroughly enjoyed our first time staying at The Loretto. Our room was like an apartment, very spacious, clean, and comfortable. I only wish that, since the fireplaces can’t be “lit”, there would be an electronic candle instead of a hollowed out wax one without a wick. Would’ve added to the evening vibe. Staff was very accommodating and the bar scene was fun!

Had a wonderful stay. The restaurant Luminaria was fabulous. I enjoyed lamb shank. Patty had a Caesar salad and ordered bread. The bread included a blue corn cornbread which was amazing. We enjoyed the beautiful pool. We had some deli tacos in the Living Room. The rooms were always clean. The staff including valet were great.

We enjoyed our stay for the weekend. This was our third time to Santa Fe but first time with this property. We will be back!!

Easy to get around and the renovated pool area was great!

The staff at all levels were outstanding. Friendly, professional, helpful, knowledgeable. The finishes (carpet, walls, and woodwork) are showing their age. Several leaks during a big rainstorm.

Great location but our room type was oversold and the wedding on site felt like it took over the hotel. Staff all seemed tired and not very eager to service anything. Rooms are overpriced for how run down they are.

Great location with amazing pool. Air conditioner was EXTREMELY loud. Balcony didn’t overlook anything but dusty roof.

Perfect location for taking an aging family member who still wants to do all the things in the Plaza and Canyon Road.
