air conditioning is annoying and can not turn off

room was not that clean, tbings were keft behind the curtains from someone else the bathroom wasn't very clean, the sink was plugged, it was very loud with the road and hospital there. the room was really bright.

Not impressed, breakfast room closed so bag breakfast daily. Hottub was out of service, pool was small and dirty

The pool was old and outdated, but it was a good place. Nice and clean. Staff was friendly.

The only thing missing as the ability to find any refreshments on the premise. Otherwise everything was great. I have stayed at this property many times and I have always been happy with my stay. Great when I have hospital appointments.

This is an older motel. The rooms are small and the furniture is very old. The bed is very uncomfortable and the two pillows provided were terrible and worn out.

Pool needed cleaning

This is a hidden gem in Kamloops...very relaxing and lovely pool.....close to Xtra foods...has kitchenette..will stay again

Rooms are fine, pool looks a bit grubby. It was okay.
