Chambre 1 er etage tres froide et service de la chambre pas fait seul point positif dejeuner

Very pleasant greeting at reception.

Clean facilities and room. Keurig coffee which was nice. Mini fridge. Spacious room. Weird dim sconce lighting in our bathroom. Needs brighter bulbs. I don’t know if all bathrooms are like that. Fine for a guy maybe but tough to see for Make up application. Super comfortable beds and pillows and warm cozy duvet. Would definitely stay again. Convenient to get to Ottawa hospital general campus for an early morning appt

The bed was very comfortable and the room very clean - a bit noisy as I was close to the elevators

Staff tres gentil. surtout l'employé de nuit (Michaël) mais je ne suis pas sûr du nom. Il a été tres gentil car c'est grâce à lui que j'ai pu changer de chambre. Parce-qu'il y avait trop de bruit dans les chambres voisines. Il était 11h45 , il y avait de forte bruit impossible de dormir. INDIQUEZ AUX GENS L'HEURE DU COUVRE-FEU.

Great location well maintained

We didn’t get to the hotel until after 3 am because of horrible road conditions. After a ten hour drive, check in was easy, room was clean. Bed super comfy! Continental breakfast is above average. Would stay here again.

At check in they said I don’t have a reservation. Checked multiple times and tried to see if there are any rooms available. It took so long.

The cleaning lady did a halfass job the first day, not topping up coffee, took our use bars of soap and didn’t replace didn’t leave toilet paper and I went to front desk for supplies, the first day she only made one bed and just didn’t finish room. I thought that was bad service so I didn’t have room serviced after that. And during hockey season a security guard going floor to floor would be nice.

I was there for a multiple day stay and every day my key was reset so it was annoying to find out once a day I had to go back down to reception for new key. Had young men on my floor knocking on everyone door, I didn’t answer as I saw 4 guys in peep hole, maybe some security would be nice. On my last night I was woken up by front desk at 1230 am saying I was bouncing a ball, no I was asleep as I was heading out early for a 7hr drive home. So not a restful stay. Won’t be back.
