The room was missing a sink plug and face cloths. The staff didn’t apologize when I told them, but asked why we didn’t call them. We only discovered it in the morning and didn’t have time to wait. Also, the oat milk in the breakfast room was spoiled and there was no staff member to tell about it. The breakfast room is too crowded.

Internet worked well. Breakfast was cold, or tepid. Otherwise a very pleasant stay.

Convenient to Uber to Ottawa General Hospital, restaurant beside it, grocery store up the street, shopping mall across the street.

The staff was very accommodating and courteous. The facility was clean, and I also liked the breakfast. The only downside was that there was construction going on around the property, so it was noisy at times. Also, someone was arguing some doors down, and I could hear the person as if this person were in my room.

Our room was lovely. Way better than I expected. The inn itself was quiet. It had free breakfast which was great. Easy parking. Only reason I won't say excellect is it took over 20 mins to check in and our bathroom shower was kinda dirty.

Clean comfortable bed

We liked the room it was a very nice stay BUT not happy having to give a 'security' deposit as I dont know if it has been returned back to me! For that reason I will not stay in a hotel recommend to me.

Overall we liked the property. Definitely can recommend other.

A welcome beyond our expectations, incredibly clean and newly renovated rooms, a quiet and peaceful place, and a breakfast with many varieties and plenty of choices. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a place to stay.

Had a good night's rest in this lovely hotel. Room was quite nice, clean and comfortable. Good free breakfast with plenty of choice.

Nice updated rooms

Called for not working lamps (2). 2 minutes later, a guy came to check. Even though one of them still have problem (maybe too old for a lamp like that already) but at least a staff came to check right away. Breakfast was Okay (some food are wayyyy well done already; cook too much, keeping too long). Variety and fresh. Area was clean as well. Have a medium space could hold 20-30 guests at a time.
