I didn’t think it was a give star hotel . The rooftop was ok but the pool was very small. I had problems with the toilet twice . I wouldn’t go back again .

The location was great, close to the metro, bus stops, close to many attractions. Room was very clean with beautiful views. I really enjoyed my stay here!

The location of the hotel is quite good, but the service attitude of the staff was truly shocking. The front desk staff were impatient, indifferent, and even mocked the guests. This is the first time in my life I have ever encountered such treatment. Before choosing this hotel, we had read reviews and carefully compared different options before deciding to stay here. I suggest that anyone considering this hotel think twice before booking.

Great Hotel in a great area. the rooftop pool is a plus after a long hot day. great restaurants around.

While the location of this property is undeniably excellent, everything else fell far short of expectations for a 5-star hotel. I would generously rate it at 3 stars maximum. The interior felt dated and worn, with damaged furniture, strange layouts, and an overall lack of upkeep. The design choices were confusing—particularly in my room, where the hallway had a frosted glass window with no curtain, offering minimal privacy. I’ve stayed in many hotels, and I’ve never encountered such an odd and impractical design. The check-in process was also poorly organized, with a queue forming in front of the entrance, obstructing access to the elevator and creating an awkward flow. In short, this property is in serious need of renovation and modernization. It simply does not look like a 5-star hotel to me.

The prefect location for first timers. The only downside is the rooftop bar open to the pubic and you as a guest have to wait to get a table.

Value for money, convenient location close to metro station.

We walked into the room and it didnt smell humid, it smelled moldy. It was such a strong smell. Then our new room was smaller and thw pipes leaked after showering so it sounded like a loud clock. We waited in the lobby for a while bevause they took their time in checking us out and getting luggage and their AV is broken and has been for years. Definitely not anything higher than a 3 star

Classy and clean, this hotel was a welcome oasis in the middle of the tourist areas in Barcelona. I felt comfortable, and luxe, and loved the convenient location. Great choice.

We have been last year and had a lovely time but now I wouldn't go back. We were on the 10th floor with the bar above which was very loud. It's very hard to get a sun lounger or even a seat at the bar around 8ish as it allows people from different hotels to use the facilities. We couldn't use the pool as a hen night from the 3 star hotel next door used the pool on the Saturday and Sunday so there wasn't any loungers.

I admittedly booked with this hotel last minute due to some unforeseen travel issues. I booked a suite with one bed and the first room they gave us was on the 1st floor had ONE small recessed window facing a wall 4ft away. The sitting area had NO windows at all.There was virtually no natural light coming in. The pictures on expedia showed large windows in the bed room AND the sitting area. We can't expect the rooms to be exactly as shown but this was too much. I asked if they can change our room and the receptionist was accomodating. But we got another suite on the first floor. This one was only slightly better. There was a window half the size shown in Expedia in the bedroom and it was facing the street and not a wall. I was still not happy with it but I couldn't bring myself to complain to reception a second time. I can't speak on suites on other floors but the ones on the first floor are not good in my opinion. Aside from that, the hallways on the first floor also have a stuffy smell that kind of diminishes what should be a 5 star hotel stay. Aside from that, our experience was okay. The staff were friendly and the location of the hotel itself is very good. Housekeeping did a good job cleaning the room and the breakfast buffet had a broad range of options. However, I'd argue these are all things you expect to get by default when booking at a 5 star hotel There are several other hotels in that general area and I recommend checking to see what else available.

Worst check in ever. Received room after 1800 pm even apologize didn’t come from the Hotel. Bathroom not clean!!!

Perfect location on Las Ramblas, one of the most famous streets in Barcelona with easy access to high end shopping, the city market and great restaurants. It's central location makes it convemient to get to any location in Barcelona. Fantastic views of the city from the awesome rooftop pool and bar, including Sagrada Familia in the distance. This will be my first choice Hotel whenever I visit Barcelona again.

Excellent location, comfortable room, friendly staff and great choice for breakfasts.

In addition to having a centrally located beautiful hotel, they were very accommodating. Extra touches of bottled water on demand were very appreciated.
