Friendly, helpful staff

It was totally an awesome experience, from the front desk staff to the cleanliness of the room and the entire Hotel. I've been to this Hotel many times in my travels and will always come back.

Quick check-in, helped me quickly when I locked myself out, room was nice, clean, and quiet. I would certainly stay again next time I'm in North Platte!

Convenient off interstate. Good breakfast buffet.

Nice room but the pool was closed and there is no way to know that until you check in.

We had to change the sheets when we arrived due to a stain, there was hair on the night stand, there was a bunch of dirt and dust under the sink, no trash liners and the coffee bar in the room was half stocked.

The staff was very friendly and efficient. Everybody was so helpful. I was a little disappointed that the pool and the hot tub were closed.

Comfortable enough stay, had some construction going on while we were there, so I’m guessing it’ll be updated more soon

The hotel is getting an excellent refresh. Currently under construction. The rooms are done and are very nice, if bland. The stark white lighting was a little too much. They simply aren’t done with the rehab yet to have everything set.
