It was cozy

Very nice

One of the room has no shower curtain when we stay there until I went to the front desk and complain about it.

I liked that the hotel was in walking distance of places of entertainment and the underground parking was nice.

Great location, friendly staff, very clean and comfortable.

We had to walk down 12 flights of Stairs elevator was not reafy,and room was not ready reserved for King room got a gueen insteaf

It is a nice spot to walk to Beale St and convenient to much of Memphis

The service was neurtal. Check the room toliet was to low for senior. Curtains dirty. It started my allegry .Why I was not offer senior or veteran discount. Do you give discount was not offer if you had one.

Great room with views over the Mississippi. They try to be eco friendly but fail. Plastic one time use cutlery and paper plates a very poor attempt

When I told the check in staff, I've never been to Memphis before they gave me a room on the Riverside, which I did not know what that meant, but truly enjoyed seeing the view of the river. We also appreciated the safe garage as we're doing across the country trip in Corvette and felt very safe and secure in their parking garage. And it was an easy walk to Beale street

It met our needs but wasn’t in a very good part of town.

We are in town for a graduation and this is so close to where we have to be for the ceremony.

Overcharged for stay by expedia. Pool not functional
