Excellent option to stay in Guadalajara

Need To update the rooms Old faucet not working proper

Hotel was very outdated. Ac didn’t work. Showers were very old. Just not a good experience.

Much lower standard than other Intercontinental Hotels. Breakfast quality is low, the coffee is substandard, lights at the restaurant are poor and not well maintained. The above is not in line with the price.

My Previous stays at Intercontinental Hotel in GDL, including the Recent stay (05-07-26 thru 05/12-26), either the Housekeeping and/or the Room Services Staffs greatly Enjoy knocking on the my Room door, to primarily Disturb me, even while I have a Do Not Disturb Sign (In Spanish) on the Outside of my Room door. This has been going on for Over a year now. I have continued to mention this Problematic issues with the Housekeeping and Room Services on several occasions to the Front Desk, and even Most of the Managers on Duty. Nothing has changed at all. It's still the Same old problems with the Housekeeping and Room Services Depts.

Staff was great but the property is certainly run down and with needs of repair. The property is central and close to areas of entertainment and main plazas, which makes it convenient. I can't rate it 5 stars as it would be deceiving but the perks of location and friendly staff make up for some areas of opportunity. Overall, a decent stay.

Room was super clean, great view of Guadalajara from floor 23th amd Breakfast was awesome!

The hotel is nice but we had some issues. Someone was calling consistently in the middle of the night without saying a word, just breathing. We talked to the manager and said he couldn’t do anything other than disconnect the phone. The room they gave me was old, drapes unhinged and room dusty. At check out l, I looked over my charges and agreed to them and gave them my credit card. When I got home, there was a different amount charged and other charges pending. When I called they had me send them my signed invoice and credit card statements. They sent me another invoice in which they were charging me for an extra person for breakfast and other items. I called 4 times to get this resolved. At the end, Leonardo said it had to do with the currency conversion and couldn't explain the extra charges, or the extra person for breakfast. Very disappointed. I’m working with my credit card to get this resolved.

Breakfast was amazing and staff was amazing

The Intercontinental breakfast was so nice, and offered for very convenient timeframes. The room was one of the cleanest I've ever stayed in, and we found it to be an extremely quiet location. We would definitely stay in the future, can't think of one negative.
