I wrote how the toilet was stopped up and the head board fell off the wall onto me and never got a response from hotels dot com. We asked them to comp the room and that we would have to go back to hotel.com. We asked for a recite and was told to talk to you again. What are you going to do about this.

Great stay staff was helpful and accommodating

I paid to stay weekend was told had nothing available for my family and I to do at hotel every thing was closed and was not informed till arriving. The hotel room was not complete air vents loose and dirt and mold in spots. Was not happy about my stay.

Reconstruction but they tried to make the best of it

Property is under heavy renovation right now. Looks like it should have been done a lot sooner. My bathroom door would not close and there was a lot visible water damage in my bedroom. Im sure this will be rectified upon the project completion. Staff was very nice.

The facility was in serious need of maintenance.

Very thin walls, I could hear our noisy neighbors all through the night. 1 front desk person was friendly otherwise everyone else was severely lacking in hospitality. Major construction going on, the hotel felt empty and cold.

Tv never work and carpet dirty

Feel safe parking my car trailer there. It's away from local foot traffic and the parking lot isn't easily visible from the street. Staff is aways great. Hotel is under renovation (furniture needs it) so there is construction activities. Food in restaraunt is good.

Where do I start. The bathroom towels had hair on it. The faucet was loose and would not turn easy. Shower faucet water was either really hot or cold. Carpet was stained and nasty. I thought people said it had good reviews. I will never come back it was horrible.

The hotel was under renovation, no pool or exercise room.

Very clean, convenient, and even though hotel is under renovation it is still fairly quiet. Great price too.

Under renovation the hotel is not in good shape. The reception is very nice. Towels were changed frequently. Some are old and not to be used(for the bath floor)

Great price, great staff, quiet and safe

Bwds are too hard! Stayed here many times visiting friends and family. Im sure remidel will be great, its pretty old at this point.
