Great stay

I had reserved a room with 2 queen beds and was given a room with 1 king. The frint desk was able to get me switched out without a hassle.

Room was very clean and bed was super comfy! Staff was friendly and the restaurant was good. I would recommend!

I had booked a King standard room and was given a double Queen accessible room. Not what I had requested and my check attendant prefaced my room details by telling me the hotel was fully booked and that they hadn't switched my room.

The room wasn’t clean, lots of damage, our room flooded from the air conditioner

Upon check-in, 2 staff members were on the phone so only 1 other was available. She continued her PERSONAL conversation with another person while I stood waiting to check-in. I’ve stayed here many times and usually it’s pretty good but that was annoying. It’s always hit and miss with VIP perks.

Everything was good. Just the floors were dirty. Needed to be mopped. Also there was no complimentary breakfast. For $230 a night, anyone would expect a free breakfast

Easy check in, everything looked clean and presentable. I don’t care for $150 deposit for room damage that takes 10 days to refund my card
