Everything was very nice. Staff was very helpful. The only thing was because the hotel was so large and long it only had one elevator on one end of the building, so one would have to go all the way to the other end of the building to either get a cart or to take your suitcases out to your car. However, it was a very nice hotel. At least they had one elevator and we were grateful for that.

The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, the breakfast was good and the staff were awesome. The woman at breakfast was very kind and even gave my kids gifts!

Front desk personnel was friendly and very helpful.

Need to invest in mattresses and pillows. They were the worst could not sleep on hard mattress:(

The building is an older buildings, it is well kept up. I dtsyed there years ago. The build was clean then and now. The staff is present.

We traveled with our dog and the property is pet friendly. While some pet friendly properties have rooms that are clearly only for pets (smells, low end furnishings, inconvenient location) this was NOT the case at Comfort Inn in Butte. The from was clean, smelled good, and was conveniently located. The breakfast was also good. We will definitely stay again.

It was very noisy and someone above us was being very rowdy.

Wanted to save a little money so I trusted the ratings… do not trust the ratings! This place is old, with popcorn ceilings and walls. If you only need a comfy bed you’ll be happy! Otherwise the rooms are dark, the tv is maddening to use (we watched in the lobby), somehow smoking is allowed (our hallway always smelled), our half-underground room faced car headlights in a terrible parking lot so you can’t have your blinds open because people can look in. The pool and hot tub are on opposite ends of the building… doesn’t make sense. It is definitely located in a janky truck-stop like area. Someone smoking dope in their car… wouldn’t go outside alone. I will never stay here again. Also… an elderly couple walked their barking dog up and down the hall all morning?! Unbelieveable.

Clean and quiet, nice breakfast! Pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance and would have been nice to know that when booking through Expedia. Should have been apparent when booking. Whirlpool was open so enjoyed that after a long day on the road

Convenient off highway Nice hotel

We stayed at Comfort Inn for two nights. While the room was clean and breakfast was enjoyable in a warm, welcoming space, we were disappointed with several aspects of our stay. We specifically chose this hotel for the pool, but at check-in we weren’t informed it was closed for maintenance. After settling in and getting ready to swim, we walked down in our suits only to find a “closed” sign. No one at the desk acknowledged us, even as we waited nearby. I finally asked and was told they were waiting on a part. I requested to speak with a manager and was given a card, but never received any follow-up despite reaching out. Later that night we had a bedding issue and expected housekeeping to handle it the next day, but no one came. I called the desk and asked for clean bedding to be brought up. Two hours passed, and I had to call again. Thankfully, someone on the new shift brought it up personally. The lack of communication, guest service, and follow-up from management left us frustrated. A simple heads-up about the pool, some acknowledgment from staff, or even a response from the manager would have made a difference. We appreciated the clean room and breakfast, but the overall service did not meet expectations.
