Room had bugs near air conditioner. They switched us to another room and that room had bugs too. Room wasn’t very clean. Kids found old open sauce packet under night stand. Towels were stained. Breakfast wasn’t very good.

I liked everything except my yogurt was full of mold took to front desk they never said anything to me after that

Great and friendly front desk staff.

The motel was great! The only problem I had was the beds were way too tall for my height, 4'11" and being disabled. However, the staff was great and loaned us their step ladder for a few days so I could get into bed without assistance. The only other problem is they happened to have a drunk couple staying a few doors down from us, and the male locked the female out, so she was kicking on the door. We notified the front desk, and they took care of it immediately.

Love the upgrades and renovations.

Nice, clean rooms. Breakfast was sufficient. Room was quiet and clean. Didn’t note any concerns. Parking was easy with adequate parking.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The building itself is dated but every other area has been beautifully updated. If we’re near Casper again, we’ll definitely stay here.

Very icky stay. The room wouldn’t get dry; it was perpetually wet. The floor in the bathroom was soaking wet and the plastic tiles oozed water

Second stay of the year for us. Windows need updated. Bathrooms are small. Rooms have been updated. Nice breakfast.
