the web site claimed to be pet friendly with pet consierge, we just encountered an unfriendly desk clerk. the free daily breakfast consisted of coffee and a couple of energy bars plus one muffin. what a selection. I cut my stay there short by one day. shame on you.

I like how close it is to the airport. It is noisy as we could hear people outside alllll night long.

This hotel doesn't have an elevator so you need to lug your suitcases up a flight of stairs if you are on the second floor. Not impressed.

Our stay was great comfy and everyone was very friendly and helpful.Jusr wished the shower was a little lower for my mom to get in. Breakfast was great my family was happy. The hotel was was easy to get around with nearby gas stations stores and restaurants. Will come back again

Great thing about this property is that it is just off the major highway and close to retailers like target Costco Ross Dollar tree in fast food eat

I called the day before explained late check in, we arrived at 9 were given a room that was super dirty and trashy, we go and are given another room which isn't much better but at least clean. At 9am the next morning we are waken up by manager telling us not so nicely we have to move because that room is considered deluxe (cause it has a sofa) and we had to moved to the original room (at least they cleaned it, though bathtub is all pealing). I will never stay there again

This is my go-to for events at the Starlight Center. To me, it's walkable; your mileage might vary. The Greek restaurant next door makes it worthwhile. The property felt safer than it has in the past.

Front office was nice. There were a few things that weren’t clean in the room but not anything

the room was clean, but the bed mattress are not confortable, the bathroom was not the same we see in the pictures, it was old stained tub.

Biggest issue I had was the bed. Not comfortable and squeaked even just by sitting on it

Very basic all the way around. Basically a 1 might day to catch an early flight.
