The hotel has spacious pleasant rooms. The staff gives very good service. The breakfast restaurant offers pleasant atmosphere and good choices of breakfast options. The property is located about 2,5km from the city center, walking is hardly an option, one relies on Ubers for commuting.

The Crowne Plaza is a beautiful hotel with very professional, pleasant and friendly staff. For Easter I went out with and when I returned, the staff left in my room a baked Uma Felix Passos Happy Easter Pastry. This was a very good surprise to me. If I am ever this part of the country, I will lodge in this hotel. I have a pleasant memory.

Nice property, excellent staff, but far from the center of Porto

The hotel premises, layout and restaurant are very classy and well designed. Room was very clean. The staff were really welcoming and attentive ready to help with a nice positive attitude. In the dining room, break fast was of high quality and great variety with lovely host and waitresses. Two names that come to mind for thir excellent service are Sara and Berenice. We had a short 3 night stay but was very happy with the staff. We were out most of the day so we hardly used the room or amenities. Only comment is we had to ask for slippers as it was not in the room when we checked in. But that is a minor issue. Breakfast was very good with a lot of offerings

If I ever go back to Porto, I would definely stay at this hotel. I feel safe, it was easy to get around town. The hotel was very clean and very friendly staff.

Friendly and helpful garage attendant/porter as well as breakfast staff. Friendly front desk personnel, not overly efficient. Breakfast buffet with average selection and quality. Nice, big rooms.

Stayed at Crowne Plaza for 5 nights, room looked the same as the photos. Cleaned every day and bottled water provided as well as tea and coffee making facilities. The bathrobes were ideal as we used the wellness centre. I'd recommend using wellness centre if you have time and book yourself a treatment, we did and it was very relaxing. Staff all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing with small changes every day but enough choice to suit everybody. While Uber was recommended we walked into Porto a couple of times and then used Andante to come back on bus which stops outside door of hotel. The area was quiet around the hotel and we slept really well, comfortable bed and dark curtains. This was our first visit to Porto and we felt it was a safe city to visit. I'd be happy to recommend Crowne Plaza to anyone planning a visit as it added to our enjoyment of holiday. We dined 2 nights at the hotel, again excellent service and good choice on menus and reasonable priced. I liked the section of menu where the Chef recommends a daily dish - Monday to Friday and selected one of those which was really good. I know a lot of hotels no longer have tea/coffee facilites in the room but we really like this so were happy to see it contiued here. Two showers over bath with lots of hot water and good water pressure. Final comment lighting in room good, I like to read in bed and lights ideal for this.

Nice property with restaurants nearby. Easy to walk to botanic gardens of the university. Slightly longer walk to town but very doable. Not walkable to beach.

The hotel was nice and clean. We were able to get our room as soon as we got there, which was before our check in time. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast hostess was friendly and informative, and the food good and a nice variation.

Good location if you like a little walking. Close to great metro station. Restaurant really very good. Breakfast outstanding so much variety with excellent quality ingredients if you’re vegan not so good vegetarian good. The staff in the restaurant consistently helpful pleasant professional and never rushed at breakfast time or dinner. My friend and I enjoyed our stay here and if I come again I would happily stay here now I know how to get around.

We had a great stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. From the moment we checked in, the staff was friendly and made sure we were taken care of. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable—everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options. Plus, the hotel’s location was super convenient, close to everything we wanted to see. Overall, we had a really positive experience and would definitely stay at the Crowne Plaza again. Highly recommend!

Great standard of hotel. Customer service was excellent. Breakfast was very very good with plenty of options no matter your taste.

The staff were amazing and very helpful in getting us dinner reservations etc. overall very accommodating. However, the rooms need an upgrade. The bathroom had a broken shower door. Also there was a lot of construction so it was noisy during the day.
