Great history and architecture. Front desk was fantastic as well as the bartender on Blu. However, bartender on main floor and the food was sub par.

First rate property. Staff went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable.

Keke was a blessing who welcomed us warmly, and we had a lovely vacation.

Nice historic hotel!

We were checked into a room that was currently occupied by someone else. This made an uncomfortable situation for both parties, and certainly was not expected from a hotel of such prestige.

The pool was frigid!!!! And had scummy water marks. The bed was amazingly comfortable! The room was impeccably clean! The staff was superb!

The Checking staff and front were very helpful. The restaurant in the morning was so backed up they said 45- 1 hour wait. Ridiculous on Sunday AM. They said lobby had same menu. We went to lobby and found a dirty table and waited 20-25 min and no one came to take our order. I asked at the bar in lobby and they said there was a server but he/she could not be found. We left and ate somewhere else. Very disappointed.

We went to the Bucks game and stayed at the Pfister. Love the Pfister!

This was one of the most beautiful hotels that I have ever stayed at. The staff were incredible. I highly recommend the experience!

Mechi and Rishav were very efficient and quite lovely at the front desk. A very nice first impression. The hotel is beautiful and still very tech current. Food at Mason Street Grille is delicious and the service is impeccable. My husband and I will definitely be returning in the near future.

What a beautiful property! Everything is first class. We received an upgrade to a king suite, which was gorgeous. High end furniture, a gorgeous bathroom, and extremely spacious. The staff was professional and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!
