The fitness center

Staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Accommodations were clean. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in town.

Very clean and in a prime location

Great staff,good venue. Breakfast Buffet an empty disaster.N9 food, silverware or coffee. Not refiilled at 8:15 a.m No full sized closet in room. Just 1 bar hanging 36" above floor. Terrible design flaw! However, very clean and staff was friendly.

Came to see our daughter at ECU and the beds were comfortable, the fire pits outside were a great addition. Will stay here again.

The Hilton is definitely our favorite place to stay in Greenville when we visit our son, but it really needs some TLC. When we checked in, we had two towels, one of which looked like a cleaning rag from housekeeping. They quickly replaced them. But when you pay nearly $500 for a night and a hotel, you just don’t expect to encounter that. The outdoor patio space is wonderful though! And the restaurant is really good.

Property overall was nice! I think parking situation was a little more secure. My shower was back-up with water (shower didn’t drain properly)

Great short visit Very comfortable suite

Everything was good , but the room service for breakfast was good but not great . We had room service for 3 mornings and each time something was missing, minor things but irritating!
