Way too noisy and the rooms was right next to a conference room. Horrible do not book the lanai room ever.

Stayed for 4 nights. No cleaning service nor change of towels.

I cannot review the extra property because i made a reservation on 6/7 for 6/7-6/8. Because the hotel was totally booked that day, it bumped the reservation to 6/-6/9. This reservation was nonrefundable and i hadn't realized what happened until after i booked and paid. I immediately contacted Expedia who could not reverse the charge but contacted the hitel on my behalf. Hotel will not refund me. I will be calkubg and advocating for myself irst thing tomorrow.

We had an enjoyable during our time. It was graduation celebrations for Wilmington University Class of 2025. This was centrally located for all activities.

The hotels location is very convenient. The cleanliness is impeccable, front desk employés were very pleasant. The breakfast service offers hot and a wide variety of options.

This has to be one of the best Hilton hotels I’ve ever stayed in! We booked it last minute and still got a great deal, which was a pleasant surprise. From the moment we arrived, the clean, fresh scent throughout the hotel and the serene lake by the entrance created a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.The rooms were spacious, and both the beds and the couch were incredibly comfortable. just what we needed for a restful night. It’s a solid 10/10 for me! The only downside was that breakfast wasn’t complimentary, and the pricing could’ve been more reasonable. Still, the front desk staff were very courteous and made the stay even more enjoyable. I definitely hope to return and will gladly recommend this hotel to friends and family!

Had a lovely stay for one night. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, much appreciated! Room was clean and comfortable.

The customer service was excellent from start to finish. The facility was clean and I love.!!! I can’t wait to come back again.!

We had our toilet overflow - maintenance stopped and cleared it, housekeeping brought us more towels and said they would return to clean the area because a great deal of water leaked all over the floor…we went to church, came back later that day, of course no one showed up to clean anything. The night before we went to bed at 10 pm, some sort of party was going on, we were on the first floor - and we were up until 2 am with people banging on and slamming doors, whooping and hollering at one another, someone’s dog was barking - ridiculous. We lost sleep and time. Incredibly expensive bar drinks - $19 for a 9 ounce wine pour? You’ve got to be kidding. Not my first Hilton complaint in the last few months. We are done giving them chances by increasing the hotel cost/supposed quality. Bye bye Hilton.

I lost hot water in the shower

I don't normally do reviews, but I felt compelled to do one this time as this is one of the nicest hotels for staff, food, cleanliness, efficiency, location, highly recommended.
