Unbelievable

Stayed two nights at the beginning and end of trip to see family. Chose for proximity to airport. Easy walk through parking garage. Carpets are tired and smell musty. Otherwise in good condition. Complimentary breakfast was OK. Staff very friendly and helpful. The shuttle driver extended her shift to take us to the airport in the morning. Much appreciated.

The only down fall to the stay was what sound like a noise off and on of possibly pipes when water was ran through the side of the hotel I was on. It was like a clank sound. Other than that everything was great.

I checked in for my reservation and was told there were no rooms available for me even though this was booked in advance . I was then told they would relocate me to a different hotel and when i got to the hotel they were “relocating” me to they didn’t have a room either so i was left with nothing. I spoke to the hotel and they were not helpful whatsoever and gave me no resolution . Extemely disappointed and will not be book with them ever again

Breakfast mediocre. Was given a handicap room so bed was too low & shower plumbing a pain.

Nice place and close to airport. Free shuttle within 3 miles.

The acoustics were terrible. The room above us had people running/jumping/screaming until 11 pm. When the "extra company" left, we could hear the TV blaring until 1 am. Since we had to get up at 3 am to catch a shuttle to the airport, we had very little sleep.

Everything was great.

Breakfast options were not good for everyone. Meat was ham / pork only

Staff were very nice, room was clean. Transportation to the airport was easy and our driver was great. During our stay we could hear a lot of other conversations- room next to us and from outside.

I have two complaints. #1. Paper thin walls. We could hear conversations in the adjacent room like they were taking place in our room. And these folks were not yelling or talking loudly. My wife’s a light sleeper and the conversation next door prevented her sleep well past midnight. #2. I asked to speak with manager upon check out—and was told she would call me. But no. Nada. Crickets.

Perfect place to stay if you're flying out of TF Green. Totally covered walkway to the airport.

He got exceptional service at the front desk this evening. Everyone was accommodating and very hospitable.

The service to check was pleasant but the hallways and elevator smell bad and was dirty the room wasn’t very clean…soap wrappers was left in the shower the towels looked dirty the pillows were flattened…I had no choice but to stay here, flight got canceled and the other hotel was unsafe…it was late soo I was only there 5 hours. Thank goodness

My confirmation for this property was for a room with a king bed. Upon my arrival, I was told there were only queen beds available. There was also a high school graduation party going on in one of the common areas with high school kids running all over the lobby. The entire lobby was decorated for this party. Of course the room that they wanted to give me was 2 doors down from the noise on the first floor. After a 15 minute argument with the front desk clerk, who also stated that “there was no manager on duty and no-one was currently in charge,” he miraculously found a room with a king bed on the second floor. The property was great, the service, not so great!
