Check in went well. Room is adequate. Air conditioning works good and tv has lots of options. Are around hotel appears safe.

Pretty run down.. had to change rooms due to a few issues but second room was fine.. ice maker was out of order.. but the free breakfast was pretty awesome

Shower water didn’t get too warm and the air conditioning was hard to figure out at first and was completely off when I arrived.

It is an awesome place to stay at.

Rm 208 bed has a sink hole in the middle

I don’t usually comment but this hotel is so terrible I have to write something. I lived in room 236 last night. I arrived at 10pm and there was only one front desk. It costs me 20 minutes to check in. Hotel inside is old and dirty but with this budget what can I expect. One hair on toilet floor when I entered room. Room is freezing cold and wet. The most important is some Latino people came to the parking lot at 1am morning, playing loud music non stop. Racing car making a lot noise. This whole thing continued to 4am morning. I called front desk, he said he cannot do anything. He seems like know those people. I said I cannot sleep in this noise. This is crazy. Then he says he will go take a look and never called me back. I have to stay with this noise to sleep. Today I am so bad energy, I cannot enjoy my trip. Because I barely sleep last night. This is my first time leave bad reviews. I had such a bad experience.

Ice machine not working second time here and the ice machine was working then either breakfast was terrible. Phone was cold bread steel

Genuinely not bad, but too old and too busy place. Key card not working for side doors entering the building. Good things were white towels and powerful shower head.

Tip your housekeepers! They don't get paid enough and they work hard. This hotel is clearly a budget hotel and it's not all that run down. I've seen worse. The price was very affordable and they had a gym that was a bit beat up and smelly, but they had a cable machine! I really can't complain at the low price. They had breakfast in the morning. That is decent if you eat that sort of thing. The staff were very friendly. The location is great and within walking distance of many restaurants and grocery stores. Their rooms have microwaves and refrigerators and again, I can't complain for the price.

Our room was very dirty. There was dirt and grime on the walls and trim and unwrapped, used soap in the shower. The main hallways reeked of marijuana

We had an excellent stay, the staff did a great job of accomadating us. Will return in the fall.

Bed was comfortable. Room clean (but rug dirty or needed to be replaced)..Breakfast was good ....cleaning staff were very sweet. We booked a one king bed room but we were given a room with two double beds and when we inquired they said they were totally booked and had to move things around. Parking spaces were very narrow. Two people in the next room we're having what sounded like a bad argument. We reported it and the main desk said they were aware but these two women were loud talkers...we had a good laugh about that.

My stay was comfortable and comforting given the emotional state that I was in—visiting town to see my dad, who suffered a medical emergency. Not only did Nina and the front desk staff show compassion and stellar customer service, they showed genuine humanity and care during a very difficult time. Their kindness made a huge difference, and I’m deeply grateful for the way they went above and beyond to support me.

Tbe toilet seat was cracked and the bathroom sink fawcet was loose.

Clean and quiet

The room is cleaned. The breakfast was so generous with many items. The only glitch was our room key card did not work the next day but the front desk staff fixed the problem. We will come back to stay again.
