Nasty looking and pet friendly Galway’s stink like dog sweat!! Also renovation supplies was out and could be seen just careless also beds were full size not queen size

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend I stayed at this LaQuinta and had a truly frustrating experience. From the moment I checked in, the issues started. The room’s air conditioning didn’t work, which made for an uncomfortable night. There was a plastic bag over the smoke detector, a glue trap stuck to the ceiling for flies, and a broken shower head that sprayed water all over the ceiling. Clearly, this room was not being maintained properly or safely. I reported all of this to the front desk right away. Their response? “We can’t do anything until the manager is in,” which wouldn’t be until the next afternoon. No solutions were offered that night—no refund, no discount, not even a room change. Eventually, the next day, they offered to switch rooms, but by that point, the damage was done. I booked through Expedia, and the manager told me to call them and he would approve a refund. Well, it’s been two weeks, and he’s now dodging their calls and refusing to speak with them. Still no refund. I’ve stayed at LaQuinta locations before and never had an experience like this. This property does not meet the brand’s standards and the customer service was completely unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere

Staff was friendly and efficient, very professional. Dealt with a dangerous prank when someone pulled a fire alarm switch when there was no fire. Room was very comfortable except for the mattress which was lumpy. Otherwise I would have given a higher rating. Price was very competitive.

I expected more from a La Quinta Inn. Everything was adequate, except the walls which seemed to be paper thin. Also, the bathtub was installed several inches above floor level, making it hard for my wife to get in the tube. When I was taking a shower, there were only two or three inches between my head and the ceiling. (I am 6'3")

Had to pull door shut. Seal around door was terrible, light from hallway was visible all the way around the door.

Weird location that took us two tries to find. Door Dash had trouble finding it. Front desk was not very friendly. Walls are paper thin - could hear our neighbors on one side when they used bathroom and dogs barking on the other side. I'm 6'4" and could hit my head on the shower ceiling on my toes. Last thing is that online it says breakfast is served 7-10am on the weekends - it isn't. We came down just after 9am and it cleaned off.

To put in simple words...very worst experience

Fridge buzzed loudly all night. Can’t access the cord. Shower fixture and door falling apart.they tried repainting the bathroom. Green showing all over the wall. Front counter hard to understand. Accent was extremely heavy. Door was unlocked and ajar when I got to it. Walked through to room to verify no one was in the room. Door lock deadbolt won’t lock unless you lifted the door.

Could not pay me enough money to go there again. First room had a GIANT wet stain on the bed, the bathtub was chipping so bad there were sharp shards of loose paint in the tub, there was some weird blue stain all over ceiling and lamp shades, went downstairs to talk to front desk, he did not seem shocked, redirected us to another room where BOTH beds had questionable stains on them, and holes in sheets. They said they would full refund (we did NOT stay there) they refused the refund with expedia. So i paid for a discusting place, when i didnt even stay. Ive never in my life left a revue, but dont want someone else in this position. Have pictures to prove!

Wasn't clean, hair on the towel that wasn't ours and the floors were dirty.

The whole property smelled. The hallways. The rooms.

Ill b using them frequently.

The hotel is in need of professional upgrades. It is Very distressed and lots of quick fixes. My room had stains in the ceiling,sheets, and had no towels or shower curtain when we arrived. In my opinion Hotels.com should not represent hotels ryn down to this point

What you expect for a stay on a budget.

Terrible property...I wish that the clipped toe nail I stepped on was mine and not belong to another! The public hairs in the shower were not mine! You had to get into the shower to close the bathroom door. Needed a tour guide to find the place. Security...forget it the block the doors open with large rocks...this is really the worst we have stayed I think ever

Run down property with holes in the walls
