Hotel rooms are great. The corridors are not too clean. And the staff harangued me to leave after a rather early check time of 11am

The bed was wildly uncomfortable. The room smelled terrible. The area was SO bad. We witnessed a drug deal. There was prostitution happening. We checked out a day early and found another hotel

The rooms were very clean. Property was well kept up and the staff was very helpful.

Could use some proper renovation. Multiple hoses in the walls and doors.

Our stay was good! Sometimes housekeepers do not clean the bathroom as good as we know they can! Over stay was great..

Alway stay here when i visit columbus hotel is very nice and its so much in the area

It is ok. Kind of dirty the bed sheets. Good breakfast. Basic hotel.

The linen was dirty. The room had some smell, cannot describe what it was. The phone in the room was not working. There was no way to connect front desk except for walking the long and confusing hallways as we were staying at the other end of the reception. The breakfast was okay. The bed's were not comfortable at all. We had picked this hotel for spending one night which did not go well at all.

Passing through on our way to Memphis and stopped Visiti our daughter lives in Bloomington. We err very worried givin our last stay At the same hotel chain the night before - Bloomington has a Very nice decor WAY better than la Laquita in Columbia Ohio- that was just disgusting !

The pool is out of commission I stayed for several days they never replenished the shampoo or conditioners the rooms were cleaned halfway. Breakfast in the morning was disappointing crispy sausages sitting in grease Dale muffins and boiled eggs sitting in egg water. Other than that it was great

Breakfast was kinda slim on choices. Sausage, no eggs. Milk for cereal was not real cold. Not warm, just not cold.

The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was nicer than my one at home, it did drain slowly but when I mentioned this at checkout he let me know they were already working on that resolution. A few of the lights didn’t work and he let me know they’d be added to the list, but it didn’t impact my stay at all because there were so many it was still plenty bright. It was a bit noisy when I checked in at 10. But by 11:15 it was super quiet. And having a Tim Hortons across the parking lot made getting my morning coffee fix quite easy!

I didn’t stay there but they changed me and took my money

The staff were on top of the property, I just wish I had a way of communicating in writing due to my own speech impediment made any special request difficult for me.
