The outside property was not very clean. Alot of junk and things laying around the property

Overall it was decent, room and bed was very wet-damp It didn’t smell bad-musty , , the ac was working, but not drying the room out. I noticed all the other air-conditioner, on the outside were dripping water, like normal, but ours was not. Front desk help was nice. Pool was a little sketchy, water not clear. I would say here again, but would probably try one of the other hotels in this area first. Overall, not bad, but not great.

This was by far the nicest and cleanest Quality Inn I have stayed at. The staff were so kind, friendly and accommodating! The only complaint I’d say I have is the lack of ventilation in the room/bathroom. The metal light fixtures were rusting from the humidity in the room. The location was great, the pool was relaxing, and housekeeping was on top of any needs. I would absolutely stay here again!

Being that my husband is a heart transplant patient I usually thoroughly clean every room I check into but I must say that the towel that I use to clean this room was black when I was done so and then it had a stitch and also my skin remain moist in the room there were rust objects in the room so the room kept a moist feeling in it which I did not like we had a Six-Day stay and we just struggle through it but the staff was very nice and the towels were far from right White!

The rooms were very clean and the staff accommodating.

The HVAC did not work properly resulting in cold temperatures coupled with high humdity. All of the lighting fixtures had rust on the metal pieces including the lamp shades that were stained with rust. Room service was very poor l would return to the room around 4p to find it unserviced. I had to call the main deak and their response was "I dont know if they'll get to it today". Terrible experience.

The bathroom had no ventilation or fan so everything was completely rusted. (And zero sound buffer.) Healthiest breakfast offered anywhere. Great front desk people. Very cloudy pool. It’s fine if you’re busy and just sleeping there. Good TV. Good water pressure.

If I could give zero stars I would. Stay far away from this bed bug infested hotel. We arrived on Tuesday. Went fishing on wensday. On Thursday I noticed bites on my children and assumed it was from when we went fishing...However we didn't go anywhere but to eat on Thursday and then on Friday morning my children woke up with FRESH bites again. I took photos of the bites on friday while packing to leave so that you can CLEARLY see that they are fresh bites. Took them to the doctor on friday when we got home. The doctor said they are indeed fresh bites that are clearly NOT 2 days old. And that they are consistent with bed bugs. Hotel refuses to offer any kind of refund. Which I needed since now I have to treat everything that I had in the room before I bring it into my home. Choice Hotels insists that the manager of the hotel has to be the one to issue a refund. But good luck getting the hotel manager on the phone. He avoids phone calls and responsibility. Had the clerk tell me they had pest control come and they found nothing. HOWEVER what hotel do you really think is going to admit to a customer that they have bedbugs? Not a one...stay far far away. Or it could get very expensive. Disgusting

There was no water pressure in shower or in main sink next to the bathroom. My kids could barely rinse because the water from shower head would fall at the faucet below. Very difficult to get ready in the mornings. Ended up skipping washing my hair the whole week because of the shower
