Our stay started off on the wrong foot. The night before I put in an email request to change our booking from a single king bed to a double queen. There was no reply from the hotel. When I checked in the hotel had no record of my change request, and charged an additional fee for the room. The room had two beds but they were full size beds, not queen and both sagged in the middle. I went to turn on the air conditioner but there was no power. It was a simple fix but required I get on my hands and knees to plug it in. Our next issue was the TV which was not hooked up correctly and required a call to the front desk to have someone adjust the setup. The following morning I went to take a shower which didn’t work. After breakfast we went back to the room but our key cards wouldn’t work. The office refreshed the cards, but again they did not work. The handyman (he was great) was able to open the door and would be back to repair it. We packed up our stuff, loaded the car and headed in for the last few items when the wind blew the door closed which required another trip to the office and another visit from the handyman.
