Was ok, was really noisy with poeple fighting in drinking outside,loud music heard until 1am

I booked a room for two adults and one child, but the room was tiny and only had one double bed. The hotel was fully booked, mainly with lots and lots of hen parties. The noise did not stop all night, until about 4am. The room was really hot as well. Would avoid this hotel.

The sides lights were broken, their was actully no bulb on the left side and the right side light was flickiering/faulty. I did complained to fix it however no one bothered. The Mattress was comfy. TV was their without remote. Desk was their without chair..

Would return if in the area

This hotel is super handy if your flying from Glasgow Airport.

We attended a Christmas party night, long delays of 1hr each of menu starter, main and dessert, we got that fed up we skipped the dessert. Badly organised. Soup was poor, main meal the meat was chewy, veg hard. Staff inattentive if you asked about delay of food, management not interested in getting food out quicker. Very disappointed, wouldn't return...

I usually read reviews before booking but this one slipped by me and i didn’t read the reviews. The room is extremely small just enough room for the bed. There is no dresser or desk just a bed night table and a rack to hang things. The bathroom size was functionally enough to do what’s needed. The atmosphere of the hotel hallway and check in area feels like you’re in a hostel.

I go for the tributes but the rooms can do with a makeover it’s still the same decor from 2 years ago n the smell of damp in hallway

Definetly dont just a book by its cover. Outside of building needs a makeover, pleasantly surprised on arrival, lovely modern reception and seating area, had a fantastic meal and wine very reasonably priced, room was small but very clean, had a good nights sleep, would recommend and would definitely return as didnt have time to use the leisure facilities.

I’ve stayed in the executive rooms and they are ok, the normal rooms are awful, tired, outdated, worn. The halls have thread bare carpets and all the plastic toilet seats are loose, grout dirty in bathroom and don’t mention the almost nightly false fire alarms from people smoking in their rooms The locals call the Normandy “faulty towers” and I can’t argue
