strategic location, nice room and clean. will stay here again next time

Kamar sempit, tidak seperti yang diharapkan.

First bad image; check in almost 1 hour line ,and only 2 staff handling. Even American citizen behind me,say; this is ridiculous and want to file a complain. The bell boy are not friendly.. room and clean is well appreciated. And I love San Fracisco 

Take so long to get extra blanket, we got 4 room keys and all of them were beyond miserable.

Good location near Union Square and restaurant. The price is so worth it with the rooms and location gotten, definitely returning to this hotel.
