Hotel was ok. Area of Houston seemed sketchy although it was close to everything

The property is. Little gem. Very clean lobby and rooms. Bathroom is outdated with the tub but it was very clean. TV not big but for the cost to stay it’s better than no tv. The staff were friendly and plenty of free parking. 24 hr Gas station and convenience store in walking distance from lot Will visit again. Swimming pool and fitness room very clean also.

Rooms are fine ,clean and spacious. However the hotel seems to be old and needs some restoration. No breakfast or service of any kind. For a night, it was ok. Business travel.

The staff were all super nice and the room was clean and comfortable. The only reason I did not rate the stay 5 stars is because there was no continental breakfast as stated in the description on Expedia and they had a security guard who was giving me the creeps. I got him lurking and staring at me anytime I was by the pool or taking my dog outside to go potty.

Rooms should be ventilated and better cleaned (maybe with some aromas) to pervert bad smelling

I liked it because it gave me what I needed for a very affordable price, which was a hotel room. Seems outdated but the room was super clean and comfortable, what more could I ask for.

Good place to stay

My priorities are safety, cleanliness, and then the civility of the staff and any others that I may casually encounter. CrackHead Free. Heritage Place was fine with respect to my criteria. I would rate the facility as a 3+ overall. The price-point is appropriate. My short stay was fine by any reasonable standard or expectation. All Good.

Been staying for years when it was a Marriott property. Disappointed that they don’t even have coffee in the lobby area in the morning, much less even continental breakfast. Used to have a restaurant but don’t have that either Beds, pillows and showers are decent. TV is about on last legs. Scratchy reception

Property is a lil rinky dinky

The reviews were not accurate. It was once a Courtyard Marriott, however, when we arrived there was no signage, no remodeling of older rooms, beds and furnishing are worn and needs updating. Ok for an overnight non-vacationing stay.

Clean rooms. Beds were great

Never seen so many roaches in one place. Rooms are very loud.
