Good place. Nice rooms and beach access

The ocean was beautiful. They could have cleaned my room more. They also could be more informative when you first check in. I give cuddos to the maintenance guy for let me know where everything was.

Extremely expensive drinks and food. Not many options for activities. Pretty empty hotel. Good to stay for a couple days but average.

Very understaffed this affecting the services. They ran out of things on the menu. Beach seating area was not cleaned up from day before.

Pool and beach were wonderful, would definitely stay here again!

A/C didn’t work. Room was not cleaned properly, dusty. Restaurant was overpriced. Hopefully, when a new owner takes over, things will change.

Amazing service from Kevin S at front desk. Jacuzzi is amazing! Great Bossa Nova music by pool for chill vibes! Easy access to beach.

Ok, so let’s start with the good things. The front desk is ABSOLUTELY lovely. Michelle and all the other ladies, are very accommodating and nice. So -are the cleaning and the valet staff. The place is somewhat comfortable, and has great potential, but there is sand everywhere and in the rooms. Please take this as an honest feedback and not a bad review. 1. There are not enough umbrellas and tables by the pool, while their prices on drinks are very high. Also the bars by the pools only have water and are not real tiki bars. So basically, if you order drinks they bring it from the hotel. Which is fine I guess. 2. The little stream in front of the pool is dirty and the water is stale. 3. There are no ice machines on the floors and even if you had the machines, the little ice bucket is 4. No one is tending to the beach area. You have to literally pick your own umbrella and put it in the ground yourself, etc. Let alone that there are no towels until like 10am in the morning. 5. There are no do not disturb signs in the rooms 6. They allow guests from the outside to use the pool. Basically they pay for passes. I think this should be disclosed, as the pool only has 3 umbrellas (yes, that’s right, only 3!!) plus some people may have an issue with it. 7. The manager is rude and never greets any guests. We passed by him multiple times during our stay and instead of being welcoming, he gave us a funny look. Sorry - we shall not return but we wish you the best of luck!

The room was nice but the service was lacking. I asked for early check in and my room wasn't ready. The front desk staff, who was not friendly, held our bags while we went out. When we returned my purse had been left on the counter of the front desk and they were unable to locate our luggage. Service at the beach and pool was inconsistent.

The staff were all amazing! The hotel was beautiful. Loved that it’s right off the beach. Pool had a lot of bird poop but other than that it’s perfect !

Staff are nice, dining area view is beautiful
