Clean inside but property is rundown, small lobby. Staff very helpful

Hilton screwed up the reservation and price

The Hotel is ok but the service is wanting. They over booked and sent me off to a less desires third party hotel.

We booked 2 rooms but by a change of plans, I made 3 reservations. 1 reservation from F-M, one only for Friday and another for Sat-M. We arrived at the hotel and we were received with the news that they were overbooked and we had to go to a nearby hotel for the night. I asked several times if that was going to affect our weekend reservations. We were told no. Sat after coming from the city, we went to get our rooms and we were told that they canceled our reservations and they were overbooked and couldn’t accommodate us. So we were stranded there without choice. We had to acomódate 2 families in 1 room. I don’t recommend this hotel. The worst experience at a Hilton.

Horrible. Checked in and was given a room right by a noisy ice machine. Went back to the same lady at the front desk and she gave us another room, did stay in that room but the ac was not working. WiFi not working . Ate in the hotel restaurant, asked for a coffee, no coffee. Wife was sick with diarrhea from the salmon she ate in the restaurant. Toilet hardly flushes its so dated. And who decided a spray tap was a good idea in the bathroom sink! Water just splashes everywhere. Terrible experience luckily was only one night we stayed .

Property was aged but convienient for a quick trip to the area. If i was looking for nice, which i usually am, i wouldnt stay here in the future. Pealing wall paper and older ambiance. Definitely needs updating.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, room was spacious, very clean and great price. Right across from a mall with great selection of restaurants.

Will never stay here again. Very outdated for a Hilton, but the staff were very professional & welcoming; plus, the mall is right across the street. It was hard to sleep because the a/c unit made a loud continuous noise. I did love how the front desk called me to confirm my Uber eats delivery before letting him onto the floor.

Overall good experience. 1 minor thing we think should change is the complimentary water in the rooms. Other than that experience was very pleasant.

Very close to the metro and bus runs from hotel to metro.

Very safe property . Rooms are best, hotel floors are very quiet. I appreciate the restaurant being on the property, staff very professional and pleasant.
