Great business stay!

some of front desk staff were unpleasant

It was an overall good experience. My only issue is the fridge wasn't cleaned out before we got there

The beds are okay, a little too firm for my back but otherwise alright. The windows and balcony were pretty dirty but the room itself was decent. The food options are pretty bad, not a whole lot of selection and the prices were straight up awful for my type of income. Also there is absolutely no parking at this hotel unless you pay for valet parking and that alone is over 50 dollars for them to drive your vehicle about 20 feet and remove a cone to park in a normal parking space in front of the hotel... that kinda chapped my ass a bit.

Clean, great staff, and location

Perfect suite layout for families! The beds were super comfy, and the kitchenette had everything we needed for easy meals with the kids.

The property is in bad shape. Handles fell off in the shower and on furniture. The housekeeping was deficient: we found a left over bottle behind a curtain from the previous guest. One of the elevators wasn't working and it took up to 10 minutes to get to the lobby. The beds are terrible: they're so soft that you sink into the mattress and wake up with a back ache. The pull-out was also terrible: you could feel the springs on your back, and we had to order the bedding, when usually pull-outs already have the sheets and blanket installed. No door between sink and the room. Poor lighting in the bathroom. The internet didn't work one day.

They charge a fee that expedia doesnt tell you about it, we need to pay $150 just to stay plus 57 for parking each night

Great place

Room and Hotel were very nice and clean, staff was very friendly. However there was no napkins to use in our hotel and when we asked staff for napkins, the staff handed us a toilet paper roll.

Very clean and staff was wonderful

My first time staying at this location and though the room was nice and spacious, upon entering to the bathroom there was a dirty towel hanging from the top of the bathroom door. Then upon getting ready for bed and untucking the sheets there were hairs and what appeared to be crumbs and black little dots. I was so tired that I just fell asleep on top of the sheets with my clothes on which I threw away after. Last there was lots of noise from the air conditioner to the noise on the streets. Will NOT be staying here again.

Fantastic staff!

If I had known the tvs didn't work and outside jackhammering started promptly at 7am, I would've stayed somewhere else.

Very nice staff large room size decent facilities

Check-in was very quick and easy and the hotel staff was very friendly.

Great place, perfectly situated.

Good stay but never saw restaurant open in the 3 days of our stay.

Service was not great, not personal usage of codes for everything, restaurant slow service.
