Third year in a row to stay here, great location and amenities. The new restaurant took a little getting used to but had a great meal there. The ice machine on our tenth floor was out of order and I had to go the ninth for ice. My electronic door key would require multiple attempts before opening the door.

Constant aircraft noise

Yech, corporate generic under the flight path of constant planes. The lobby is ok but the rooms are especially dull and dated. Service was mediocre. The pool was right across from a highway and from afternoon on, in the shade!

Overpriced for what it was. Looked like someone had rammed into our room door and was never fixed. Towel rack was wobbly and never fixed. Lobby was nice and liked the coffee shop there. Also friendly staff at pool bar.

I bit run down and damp. Not great service. Biggest problem were the awful mattresses.

It was very frustrating to have my card charged multiple times and each person I spoke to had a different explanation.

The property is conveniently located near the airport and major highways. We arrived an hour before the check-in time of 4 pm and had to wait for an hour before our room was ready. I inquired at the front desk what time coffee was available in the morning and the front desk person wasn't sure when the coffee shop opened. I learned that free coffee was available from 4:30 am - 6:30 am the next day, which surprised me. There is no free breakfast. The walls are somewhat thin so we heard the neighbors next door and above. For the price of the room, I was surprised by the lack of amenities. I have stayed at many comparable places where breakfast was included and the coffee was free. I was just surprised at the cost vs the value.

Very nice here. The decor in the lobby is cool and relaxing. Nice and open. Rooms beds decor clean very comfy.

Hotel was out-dated and priced way too high for the quality offered.
