This place was amazing! I will be going back for sure. It was just a random trip with my best friend and I loved it.

The hotel is lovely and is situated in a fun area of downtown Mobile. The staff is friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfy. Great coffee bar and restaurant!

I did not like that staff was short. Noone was ever at checkin desk. Had to be changed to different room because of the mildew, wet smell in room. Services was great and the problem was handled immediately at time of existance.

Valet hard to find not helpful

Love the hotel. The ambiance is gorgeous at the property. All of the staff were courteous and efficient. Rooms are comfy and decorated beautifully and quite cozy. The only thing that we didn't care for was our bed. It just wasn't that comfortable but the pillows on the bed were great.

We loved our stay here. They have done an excellent job of renovating this historic downtown property. Very cool furnishings and vibe. Friendly staff. Walking distance to lots of historic sites and good restaurants. We will stay here again!

Charm, cleanliness, and staff.

Hotel was absolutely gorgeous. To be honest the staff was not the friendliest. We tried our best to be friendly with them and from the valet to front desk they seemed bothered and could care less. Also the bar and dinning shuts down earlier than as a traveler would like. Loved the entire look of the venue but honestly the staff ruined the experience for us. We even checked out a day early and went to a different hotel where we had a very different experience.

A very unique and clean property. Well located to get around the Mobile bay area, and any of the great many things there are to see.

The air conditioner in the room was very noisy and kept waking us up but the bed was very comfortable. The television also was not working properly.
