Everything was very clean, the customer service was very good. We had very good sleep we didn't heard any noises during the night our room was on level 5, the hotel is close to many places so you would not get bored while you are in Paris.

We stayed for a week and was very happy overall.

The hotel was located in walkable distance from the louvre and Seine river. Hotel service was awesome. We did not dine in the hotel but we did enjoy the complementary tea time. The bar was also nice. We stayed one night and only seen part of the area but did not see many dining options around which we mentioned only if you did not want to go farther for dining.

We didn’t realize this hotel doesn’t have air conditioning, and our room ended up being quite hot. Being placed on the first floor, we also had to deal with a fair amount of noise. Additionally, the soap dispenser kept falling off the wall and wasn’t fixed during our stay. On the positive side, the location was fairly convenient and close to public transit, and the hotel is a good size for Paris. While the property is a bit outdated, we were overall happy with our stay. The staff were attentive and professional throughout.

This is a GEM! of a hotel tucked away on a quiet street. All the of the front desk attendants were exceptional! And Hadja was so pleasant checking me in and so welcoming and detailed that I knew i was going to really like my real first time time in Paris and a stay at this hotel! And all the others were very helpful with anything I needed in preparation and during my stay. My cases that were brought to my room by the bellman was great! He was efficient and moved heavy case's with ease. Even the welcome gift of the cookies deliverd was a really nice touch. It always feels good to have hotel staff that really feel like family, always smiles and laugh genuinely. The room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The heavy red velvet drapes were unexpectedly stunning!. I really liked the exposed elevator. It harkens back to the 1940's as moved quickly and smoothy, a nice touch to the decor. But my hat is truly off for the restaurant and bar. The attendants work really tirelessly at service and atatmosphere. Nice cozy seating and a very tasty memenu. But s would not be a complete review without mention of Shaun, the evening bartender. His warm demeanor and detailed attention all with a smile and a quick apology if anything was amiss was truly what this hotel is about. His signature cocktails always started me and my dinner guests off to a good dining experience! Please give him everything he needs to keep the level of service and creativity in his cocktails for all your guests.
