Our family trip turned stressful as one of our kiddos (10 year old) found a bag of deugs hidden underneath the desk they were playing. Front desk staff kept refusing to refund us even though police were also called.

There old blood stains on the sheets, obviously housekeeping doesn’t know about BLEACH

Location was great but hotel is a quick stop not for a extended stay

The staff was helpful, but the place is incredibly run down. We need tried 4 different rooms before we could find one without a problem. The staff was helpful to find something that worked, but it was a lot of running around when it was hot out.

The room is poor/smelly, maintenance is not good. The breakfast options are very few to eat, did not try to eat.

Open junction box with live wires underneath the A/C unit and the unit was supported by a piece of wood. POOL WAS OUT OF ORDER. Roaches, no hot water in sink, a/c did not cool room enough. Light beside the beds was not working because the wire had been cut. Breakfast was nonexistent. Hair Dryer didn't work; Glass picture frame was broken. Property is very run down. Wyndum should be ashamed of this property. This place is a dump.

Did not like the problem I asked if I could get a smart TV in my room and they said that I know which rooms have them which ones don't and they can't do that and then I got to the room they gave me and the toilet didn't work wouldn't flush and it was full of feces and the lady was just very unhelping really aggravated me and I spent my money to stay there feel like it was a waste of money 100%

the staff was just excellent its a older hotel but its well worth the money.

Honestly there was no positives to the property. Its very very old, dirty and half of the things did not work. We have 4 lamps and only 1 worked. The floor was sticky, dirty and a hazard for my mother who is disabled and uses a cane. The front office staff were polite however they were unable to solve the issues until manager arrived. I had to contact expedia directly because we didnt and couldnt not stay in such deplorable conditions. We left after 1 night stay and we only stayed because we were drained from driving 8 hours.

This was the worst room ever!! So dirty! The air conditioning didnt work ..there were bugs . There was no hot water no towels we left and checked iut 2 days earlier

OLD BUILDING, BATHROOM DOOR BROKEN,

Very dirty. The sheets and bedding were stained and the floor was pretty nasty. Booked a room with a TV and they TV didn’t work at all just static. The receptionist was on the telephone in a screaming match behind a door by the front desk. I had to wait 15 minutes in front of the counter before I could get checked in.

Cockroaches in the restroom and room, bad smell outside, breakfast was disgusting, the property looks nothing like the pictures online and the water was COLD

The room smelled horrible, had to change first room due to tv not working to what they said would be better but not at all. Sheets had stains on then, water from sink drained from pipe on to floor.

Kinda like lost souls that like to touch your husband

When we got into our room the sheets and the floor was dirty. The bathtub was dirty and slimy with mold. There was a big roach that came out of the closet we had saw in the middle of the night. Also, when we had first gotten there the cleaning person just opened our door and walked in. I had just finished changing and was very uncomfortable after that had happened.

It's ok.

Literal roach motel. Put some of our belongings on the desk, roaches scattered from behind the desk. Checked the bed, found bedbugs. Carpet was filthy, the room smelled terrible, the bedding didn’t look like it had been replaced in a while. We left in less than an hour.
