This hotel was clean compare to what you paying but it is really unsafe ,somebody else has the room key he opened the door at 7am that time i was slept and i jumped,he ran away,so i shoked,i got panic attacked,i went vacation to relax but they did not let me.

The rooms had very bad smoke smell. The Bed made a noise when we moved around it. The experience was not that good. The staff while checking in was good and answered all my question, while checkout there was another staff who was bit rude.

I asked for a extra clean room for my baby and wife, very clean. Except my booking said complimentary breakfast and there was none. Not even a ice machine, got locked outta my room three night because cards would function properly.

We have stayed here many times, but this last time was very disappointing. The room was dirty, no towels or wash rags. The clerk that checked us in was incredibly sweet, however, the girl that replaced her was not. When we asked for towels and a blanket she literally snapped at us because she “had to go to the laundry room” to get it. This was our go to place when in town, but sadly, not anymore. I hope it gets better.

I was very disappointed, and upset with my stay on January 31st. Firstly. when I arrived I was told I would have to pay cash for my room because the credit card machine was down; even though I had already paid for it on Expedia. After she got me checked in, I was given a room that had not been cleaned. When I told her about it, she gave me another room, but proceeded to rant about how she was working six days a week, and how it it wasn't her job to clean the rooms. Once I was given another room, I went to bed because I had leave early in the morning. Around 8:30 pm another group of guests became very noisy- laughing, yelling, and a barking/whining dog. I went to the front desk (different Lady) and told her about it, because the phone in my room was not working, and she said she would talk to them. 30 minutes later, they were even louder. I went back to the front desk, and she told me there was no one in the room next to mine, and that it must be a T.V. turned on in one of the other rooms, even though the voices were clearly coming from outside and there were doors slamming repeatedly. By 10:30 I had had enough. I packed my stuff, went to the front desk and threw the key on the counter, since she had money laying out counting it, and told her to check me out. I then left the facility, not waiting for a receipt, and drove home. Overall it was a very poor experience, and the staff were very unprofessional.

The property was run down bad. Had holes in the wall, electrical light switch was smashed in by shower, a/c and fridge made horrible loud noises all night long. Pretty sure they were selling drugs couple rooms down. Different people coming at all hours. Worst experience ever at a La Quinta. They need to burn that one to the ground.
