when i got to my room there were crumbs in the fridge from the previous guests and there were hairs in the shower, on the floor, and the walls. The “clean” towels they had set up in the room were NOT clean we had to ask for fresh ones but they were running out because everyone was asking for fresh clean towels. This room was not worth over $276 and my other family members had to get a room change into another building due to there being mold on their ceiling

What I really liked was the kitchenette in the room. I could buy groceries and make my own food. I didn't have to survive off of restaurants and fast food. The pool was very nice as well. There was a little issue of changing the system during our stay which made things a little bit more stressful, but overall a really wonderful place to stay.

The property was nice,my room.was nice, what didn't like was the bathroom, i had to put on my slippers to take a shower , the shower floor did not feel good, the shower dish looked dirty

Room key wasn’t working so had to have attended open the door every time we would need to get back into the room. Sofa bed didn’t have its bedding

Rooms were dirty and very outdated. had to walk to the front desk to get something overall hotel dirty and run down

Dogs barking all hours, loud latino music, garbage in the hallways and on the sidewalks, dirty pool.

This hotel was terrible. Tv didn’t work, room keys didn’t work, the top of my fridge was dirty; couches were dirty.

It was a good experience very easy to understand and the staff were very courteous

Upon arrival, I was shocked by the level of neglect. The pool is stagnant and moldy, posing serious health risks. The property itself is filthy, and my original room was in such poor condition that I had to request to be moved. Even the second room was barely acceptable. This is not only a major deviation from what was advertised, but it also creates real safety and hygiene concerns.

Just Stay away.... Cannot post a long enough review... Check google. Absolutely filthy, horrible staff, no blankets for bed. $200 damage deposit without notifying. Nothing in this dump is worth $200. Stains in halls in rooms dirty sheets. Just disgusting. Was not one thing good about this place...

Not very clean. Bathroom light flickered and dim. Management sent maintenance man, he brought a bulb. Something wromg with the socket and it did it again later! Ask for clean towels and was told there were none. Called the front desk and asked for a refund on the next nights reservation due to no towels and somewhere they magically found some! Would not recommend this place! I won't stay there again.

I was traveling for business and with 3 kids the room was great. Very large with kitchen area. Table was very wobbly, no trash can, dirty shower, mold on shower curtain, bathtub doesn’t work. WORST PART -chose bc pool was advertised just for it to be chain locked and STAFF COULD NOT GIVE AN ANSWER AS TO WHY. I asked for an extra pillow and STAFF told me no but the manager got me one. IF THE POOL IS CLOSED FOR THREE DAYS AT LEAST SAY WHY FOR THE KIDS.

Took until the third room until we found one that had been cleaned. The lady at the front desk was helpful though I did not get any kind of discount for the trouble. The shower had almost no water pressure.

The room had a horrible smell; unexpected $250 fee for incidentals. The pool was emptied and closed but not mentioned of that in the listing. No staff around for check out in the morning. Unfortunately a terrible experience all around.
