Good

The hotel's scenic vistas were certainly impressive, offering a pleasant visual experience. Despite the unfortunate presence of individuals experiencing homelessness, the overall stay was quite enjoyable. The breakfast provided was also a positive aspect, offering a satisfying start to the day. However, the cost of thirty dollars per person for the meal does seem rather elevated. Perhaps the pricing could be re-evaluated to ensure greater customer satisfaction.

Super nice hotel, front desk staff were beyond friendly at check-in. One gentleman from Jamaica was talking to my toddler and fanning him off after we came in from the heat. My kid loved him. He also gave us some great local restaurant recommendations. Room was really nice and clean, no complaints at all. Shower water was good and hot, and I loved that there was a tub for our toddler instead of just a shower. Only complaints: the ice machine on our floor was broken, as well as the floor above us, so we were wandering around a while finding ice. There was also no complimentary tea or coffee at breakfast. Lastly, we were struggled at check-out with trying to get a luggage cart. They made the process so difficult that we just carried 3-4 bags each and struggled our way to the car with all our stuff. Overall, great location, we would stay again.

Great hotel, great bar, but above and beyond everything else, Nil at the front desk was amazing. Welcomed me and made me feel at home!

Location

The hotel itself was GREAT! However, the cleaning lady threw away one of my bags that wasn’t trash. It was full of items I had just bought from the flea market!!!

Decent hotel but I expected more given the price and reputation. We stayed in the North Tower but we had to check in at the South Tower and walk across the bridge instead of being able to check-in at the first floor of the North Tower. Housekeeping had an attitude when I requested to clean our room even though they advertised room cleanings up to 2 times per day. The Vue bar was never open, which was disappointing. There was no express check out, we had to stand in line to hand the keys back; would be great to be able to check out via the television or online somehow. It sounds nitpicky but these things are standard in my experience with nicer hotels such as the Intercontinental. Great location, great views of Olympic Park though.

This is a very nice hotel next to Centennial park, and tourist attractions such as the Coca-Cola museum, Georgia Aquarium, and Ferris wheel. Great views if you're on an upper floor facing the park. I was not happy about the lack of self parking, and the $60/night valet charge.

Close to and within walking distance to several of the places we visited during our stay

Lovely

Loved we could walk to the Mercedes Benz stadium in a few minutes. Also walking distance to the Coca Cola museum and aquarium.
