Really appreciated the hot breakfast!!

2 elevators but one or other worked, never both at same time. Desk chair missing a wheel, ling past useful life.

Natalie at the desk was wonderful! She was wsrm and friendly and made us feel welcomed! Lovely spacious room with comfortable bed and good amenities! Would stay there again and would highly recommend it.

I dont ever leave reviews but, The Comfort Inn University, pleasantly surprised me!!! The location was great right by the highway, surrounded by all the stores u could need (Walmart, Dollar store, etc), plenty of restaurants, and 20 mins or so from the beaches. The staff was inviting from the start. The hotel room was cleaned really nice and the facilities itself was clean. The breakfast was awesome!!!... I am a stickler about getting a continental breakfast at least, when I get a room, but this spread they had was Fantastic!!! Fluffy eggs, sausage gravy, sausages, bacon, waffle maker, bagels, muffins, n much more along with juices, and even some kiwi infused water which was revitalizing, especially after a long night lol. I throughly enjoyed my stay, and this hotel will be one in which, I will revisit on my next trip back to the beach. Thanks for the hospitality!

A great stay plan on staying again

Bed hard! A lot of construction workers stay here and it’s loud!! Good luck trying to sleep!!

Loud!! Uncomfortable bed!! The lady who checked me in was rude and not helpful at all!!

As a solo female traveler, my priority is safety and cleanliness at any hotel. This place offered a great stay at an affordable price. The front desk was extremely friendly, and the breakfast crew kept hot items stocked. My bed was comfortable and I enjoyed a good night's rest -- even with a lively bar next door. The parking area was well lit and the front desk staff was very present, keeping an eye on the comings and goings of guests. The hotel itself is showing some wear and tear, but the experience here was lovely. Truly as good as it gets before spending double or triple the amount at a luxury hotel.

The lady at check in was so nice and friendly. Made me feel welcome. The other lady in the morning for check out was just as sweet!

It was a clean facility, staff were great . The breakfast was ok sausage was very greasy dried eggs it did not taste fresh at all. I felt the breakfast could have been better.

Overall, I thought the stay was good. We did have some issues with other guests being loud at late hours and constantly slamming door throughout the night.

Staff members were courteous and helpful.

The reception desk only had one person working, but she was as sweet as could be

Poor heating and air conditioning. Smell in room is almost unbearable.
