Lovely hotel just outside the touristy part of Florence. The walk to the Duomo and other attractions is an easy 15-20 minutes, or the hotel will arrange a cab. The breakfast buffet is also terrific. We loved our suite. The only suggestion would be to add a mirror or two to make it easier for multiple occupants to get ready in the morning.

Great location away from crowds yet close enough to walk to major sights.Clean, staff very responsive, got us cabs when required and helped with restaurant reservations.

Overall ok, but hotel is definitely not a 5 star property. Very expensive for what you get. Had to carry our own luggage because the eleveator is so small, one person could barely fit. I was not aware of the other eleveators on the opposite side which were supposedly larger, I was made aware at the check out. Breakfast was also very limited and at times empty.

Do not feel like. 5-star hotel. Water is only provided on the first day of check-in.

We got a family connecting room. One of the rooms was constantly blowing hot air and there was no way to reduce the temperature. The elevator was tiny - I have not seen such a tiny elevator. Otherwise staff were really nice and helpful. The hotel was overall nice.

Good location, professional staff.

When we checked into the hotel they did not offer us luggage assistance. My wife had an injured foot but we had to walk all the way aroind the hotel because the nearby elevator was to small for two and luggage. On the second day we asked for more water.$30. No glasses. They came back with paper cups. $70 for breakfast. Shame on you Hilton. I would rather stay at a motel 6. My worst hotel experience ever

A well- decorated hotel in the heart of Florence, a quick ride to Uffizi Gallery and the Galleria Academia. The room is large. Loved the fixtures. They have excellent food choices for breakfast. Our stay was remarkable!

My stay at this establishment was amazing! I have to say the staff was so great and helpful. They were quick to respond and ensured our stay was good. I stayed in the King suite and it was very spacious and clean! The location is great, just outside the main centre, but close enough to walk! And the walk is very nice. I would definitely be visiting his hotel again next time I’m in Florence!

Not as advertised. As of April 2024 this hotel is listed as having internet on its TVs (netflix, hulu, etc.) both in Expedia and the hilton webpage. A pretty standard amenity in 5 star hotels. This is one of the reasons we chose this hotel, but when we checked in we learned that it doesn't have this in any room. When we showed the receptionist how the listing and our reservation said it included streaming TV they just shrugged. Also the overall quality of the hotel feels more like a 3 or 4 stars hotel. There is no one to take your luggage to your room. Elevators are the smallest Ive seen, they literally only fit 2 people, or 1 person and its luggage.

The Hotel is well located but the building itself is old and in poorly conditions... my room was spacious but the decoration is ald fashion... the breakfast menu very limited

Nothing was unique. Just the the opposite This Hotel is run down and poorly maintained Not clean.

Property was very nice. However, the wall paper was peeling on certain areas on the wall. Breakfast setting was very nice. Room was spacious.

I loved the large sized room. The staff was amazingly helpful and polite. Clean and centrally located. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel, good position 10-12 minute walk from the center. Room was lovely and clean and the hotel itself had a lovely feel to it. Good breakfast and great staff.

We stayed at this hotel two years ago and we loved it that’s why we returned to stay again. Very helpful staff and friendly. The hotel is within walking distance from the train station which was convenient for us. Also walking distance to the centre.

The hotel is beautiful and comfortable. The only thing that would make it better is a swimming pool.

Good location. Looks nice. Room nice. When you advertise air conditioning, it should work. Brutal. No offer of compensation. Hey, free breakfast for the inconvenience. Nope. Nothing. Very nice. Would have been 5 stars with WORKING AC.
