No soap available for guest laundry. Toilet ran loudly all night. Bathtub is not secure, bounces under your feet. Restaurant wildly overpriced.

My stay at Double Tree Hotel Tucson Airport was excellent! The customer service at the front desk and throughout the facility was something that you don't get many places - it was professional, sincere and efficient. They have a 24/7 airport shuttle that is so convenient and safe. Each employee I encountered was friendly, helpful and intent on resolving any issues. Highly recommend!

The place was very old, elevators weren’t working, ice machine not working and the construction noise started 5:30 am. This place needs real upgrade.

Even though the hotel is right near the airport it was VERY quiet. Room was comfortable and clean. Needs some loving care and up dates otherwise Nice place to stay. Breakfast came with our room and dining experience was very nice.

The staff is excellent, but the overall rooms could benefit from some more cleaning. The bathrooms are suffering from black mold and have become a water bed due to faulty maintenance of the bath which has transformed into a water bed. I reported this to the staff, who sent maintenanceright away . . Maintenance said nothing can be done all the rooms bath is like that.Despite these issues, I'm confident that I would return to stay here again, considering the potential for better bathroom cleanliness and housekeeping training. Also im sure the bath tub is growing a ton of black mold whitch is a health issue this needs to be check .

Service was great, the restaurant was great, good food and selection. The shared cooling and heating is horrible and multiple nights they turned on the heat and made the room to hot to sleep comfortably. I am not sure why they are doing shared heating and forcing that on everyone.

A/c freezIng cold-no way to change 2 tvs neither working, maintenance left parts in room. Outside walkway nasty, had disabled person in room but room at the far end of hotel with no working elevator. Poor poor poor never again - 1 step above motel 6

Heat is broken, possibly throughout the facility from what the desk staff said. Offered a space heater when informed the 60* air outside was warmer than the inside despite the heater being set on 78* for the previous 2 hours. Only given two towels despite being forced to identify that four people and the kids' ages would be staying there; requested additional towels, but did not get them until the third time requested. The heater was not fixed and once again the outside air of high 50s was warmer than the hotel room. Once again reported to the front office and this time requested a different room, but was (very politely) told that the same problem would exist in a different room and was once again offered a space heater, or additional blankets. I requested the blankets, but they were never delivered. We've been loyal to this specific hotel for the last 5 years for all Tucson soccer tournaments we attend but we will not be back. I've noticed that maintenance things have been let go (lobby elevator broken for the last 2 years), barely warm water in showers regardless of what room we are in, room phones don't work, various lights don't work). And for a hotel associate with a name brand hotel and the cost of hotels now days, I expect better...like heat and hot water. That said, I've never had an issue with ride staff, ever, including this visit. I suspect the local staff have their hands tied as to what can be done to fix things and the runner delivering items is exhaus

The bed is comfortable however this hotel lacks maintenance being a Hilton. 1) bathroom are small, 2) wallpaper bubbles along the walls 3) TV no tv guide 4) hot and cold water is reversed 5) tv stand almost broke into pieces just touching it 6) ice machine was not working 7) gap between bottom plate and door 8) heater was not working 9) elevators were not working 10) key cards not working 11) safe not working 12) locks stopped working with keycards.

The room was very cold and no controls for heating or cooling. I had to turn off the fan to prevent cold air from entering the rooms. Staff said there was nothing they could do to provide any heat to the room. The hotel is centrally controlled and rooms cannot change the HVAC controls. I will not stay there again, there are to many other options right next store to this hotel.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Where to start? Everything is broken or dingy. The biggest thing is the whole hotel doesn’t have heat. It’s supposed to be 42 degrees tonight and they apologized and said they would bring a space heater. I am in a suite, asked for 2 because it’s too late to change hotels and they said they can only give each person one. I have never had an experience like this having to beg for heat to not freeze in a room I paid $150 a night for. Leaving in the morning and never coming back. The heat is not broken, they can turn it on, just won’t. It’s crazy

Outdated. Front desk looked like it was falling apart (blue painters tape was holding pieces together). Shutters on glass room doors didn't close properly, which made me feel uncomfortable staying there. The bathtub had a ring around it. The wallpaper was worn, stained and bubbling/puckering. Sitting on the bed I could see into the bathroom and the underside of the toilet bowl which was dirty/stained. The carpet didn't seem clean and the furniture in the living room of the suite was stained. The television channels didn't work properly. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was nice. I appreciated the option of gluten free cookies at check-in. The staff was very nice and friendly.
