Our third stay at this site. Very convenient location for those flying in late.

We came in after a long drive and in our first room the couch and chair were dirty and the internet didn’t work. So they were kind enough to switch us to another room (not as spacious as what I paid for) and the beds were smaller, which doesn’t work when the men in my family are 6’4. We stayed a week and by the middle of the week, mildew can be seen in the bathroom around the vent. There was a hole in the door that goes to the bedroom, spider webs in the corner by the window and the tv only had 30 channels all of them came on fuzzy. The only channel that was clear the whole week was HGTV. This hotel needs some upgrades and serious TLC. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have great employees.

The photos are misleading. This hotel is in need of maintenance. I was there a week. One elevator was out of order the whole time. The pool water was green the first two days before it was drained and cleaned. The bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way. Continental breakfast was over $10 and the coffee, which was only available in the early morning hours, was terrible. The staff were all super-friendly. All in all, I will not stay here again even if it costs double elsewhere.

The staff was exceptional, from Ashlyn to the bellman/shuttle driver. Every employee I met contributed to a more enjoyable stay. The breakfast and complimentary cookies were delicious.

The air condition was off all night. It was a nightmare, they told us they couldn’t do anything but bringing us a fan to the room. Never going back.very bad experience

needs upgrading, probably why a lower cost for the area. Can see in the room water damage.

Refrigerator didnt work and the ac didnt work at all in the first room, so I had to be moved to another room.

This property was very old and dated. It likely had mold as it was impacting my asthma. The ceiling fan was hanging down from our bathroom. The carpets were disgusting and the furniture was very dirty and stained.

Room was nice, but AC is the old central type so you can really control the temperature. I am a cold sleeper and it was too hot. My room was in back away from airport, but the building next door had people in the parking lot talking and playing music all night. Room up front or even on airport side may be quieter.

The staff were really friendly but the facilities were really old and in desperate need of updating. The HVAC was subpar, leaving the room very warm. I was very disappointed about the cleanliness of the restroom!

Was disappinted with this hotel. I expected a much better standard from Hilton Double Tree. Old, run down hotel. Old carpet, bedding and towels. One TV didnt work and the other only had two channels. Not a good place, to say the least.

IT was very close to the airport. Clean and comfortable Elevator did not work.

Easy check in. Breakfast was cheap but good quality. Property was quiet. Friendly staff.

Very courteous and helpful staff. We needed a ride to the airport at 0330 in the morning and got it on time.

The A/C is deficient in most rooms, and having to move to a different room after settling in is very unpleasant. Internet is unreliable, TVs and phones don’t work properly, and there’s no free continental breakfast. For the price, there are definitely better options nearby.

Great hotel on the doorstep of the airport. Very cool atmosphere and a good introduction to Tucson.

The entrance of this hotel is nice but the past the lobby it’s not a great place. We checked in and immediately check out within 10 minutes and even the staff understood why… didn’t even put up a fight and immediately proceeded with a refund. Would never recommend this place to anyone

The suite was spacious. You could fit a lot of people. There was road construction - it was kind of hard to get to motel.

Property needd yo be uodated toilet was getting clogged several times bathroom is not clean. Smell is horrible inside room Staff is great and helpful.
