It was great! Staff were amazing and always very helpful - couldn't have been better!

My stay was short and sweet, just over night. But we has time to soak in the jacizzi before bed and woke to a delicious made-to-order breakfast of bacon, eggs, potatoes and pancakes. The hotel was clean and felt very safe and the crew at the counter was very kind and helpful. Ill be back here if i ever need to stay in Abilene again!

The ac was having issues keeping room cool but other than that it was a nice place to stay

When we first walked in it smelled like majiuana. I had asked the front desk to not to get a room near the family area. we heard jumping and running during the night. Bed by the window is broken. I almost fell when I sat on the edge of the bed and you could hear the boards cracking. Toilet was to low to the ground. We did get a late check out for 1pm.

Everything was really nice. There was a little mold in the grout area of the shower and the room was still too warm at night even though the thermostat was set very low. But overall I would still return.

The kitchen area sink was backed up and not addressed while there. The cleaning service left a sign we had a Do Not Disturb sign up so they didn't clean - they did this two days in a row - we did NOT put up do not distrub signs and told the front desk both times. The front desk didn't seem to care. There was no bedding for the fold out couch. We were told it was in the room. We had to go back to front desk to get a set. The coffee pods were not replaced. We have stayed there many, many years and never had problems before this year.

It’s an ok place, probably top notch 50 years ago. Price still reflecting what it was 50 years ago. Understaffed, everything is a wait. Front desk, housekeeping, etc

This is a great hotel when you have a large group gathering with children. Large atrium a lobby was fun for kids. All the staff were so incredibly friendly from the front desk, chef at breakfast, dishwasher and breakfast and room cleaners. Each of them was overly accommodating and nice.

The property is starting to show signs of aging as the drapes were fraying and the carpeting was dingy.

Our stay was excellent. From check in to check out the staff was amazing and the food was great.

This is a unique property with large, clean rooms and comfortable beds. The decor is a bit dated, but it is in good shape and clean. It is perfect for a family with its indoor swimming pool, pool tables, and gym. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. We would stay again.
