It was false advertisement there was no pool as advertised boy was my 6 year old upset and so disappointed and false hope because the lady said she might be able to go in on Saturday but to no avail and there were old hash browns under the refrigerator and the pillows had stains it smelled like old food .

Where do I begin, 1st off when booking our stay I asked about a indoor pool, I was told yes, when I arrived and checked I asked about pool and was shown the sign at front desk which said pool currently closed under construction, and was told at that time pool been closed over a month. Room was dirty food wrapping, and only 1 plugged worked. The whole building Smelled musky and dirty. The gentleman working the night shift was rude and disrespectful, I inquired about refund of stay for the next night being we'd be leaving, as well as for that night that i was told it would be on the house for misinformation and inconvenience for my family, I was asked to leave the premises. I explained i have a child with me and I can't just pack up and leave at 1030 at night.

The important things were clean, towels, sheets... but the rest of the room could have been cleaner. Noted dog food, and other little things on the room floor, window was smudged up with greasy had prints, lamp was missing a light bulb... I feel like $136 was about $50 too much for this room.

We called a day ahead of time and no one said pool n hot tub were down. We did not stay here we went to another hotel with working pool and hot tub.

Awesome staff . I have always been greated with a very big and beautiful smile which makes me feel like it’s home away from home ♥️ Highly recommend to my friends and family

Very unsanitary condition. I don’t expect 5 star service from a place like this but at least have your staff clean properly.

Staff was very nice. Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Everything worked. Super close to the airport. Would stay again.

Not sure why they list a PoolAnd Hot Tub if they are not operating I reserve room when I’m traveling based on certain things one a Hot Tub I need this to relax checked in several hours early that was a plus but within two how’s the power went out and was out for half the evening so couldn’t eat anything just not that great no wow factor

Check in and seen the condition of the room was awful!! Mold on the curtains, dirty shower, and and awful smell was terrible.

We are in SF weekly and have stayed at many hotels . We have found that this one has the friendliest staff, accommodating, and remembers you. Rooms are clean. There are small maintenance issues but nothing that has affected our stay.
