Particularmente es restaurante es muy lento y el sabor de la comida del 5 al 10. Le doy 5. Creo que son cosas pequeñas que pueden mejorar y así ser reconocidos por sus huéspedes..

Mi reciente estancia en el hotel fue, lamentablemente, una experiencia decepcionante. Desde el inicio, nos encontramos con varios inconvenientes que afectaron nuestra comodidad y disfrute. En primer lugar, el hecho de que se fuera la luz en varias ocasiones fue un gran inconveniente. Esto no solo interrumpió nuestra rutina, sino que también creó un ambiente incómodo y poco seguro. No se nos proporcionó información clara sobre la situación, lo que aumentó nuestra frustración. Además, la regadera en nuestra habitación estaba suelta, lo que hacía que bañarse fuera una tarea complicada y molesta. Este tipo de mantenimiento básico debería ser una prioridad, y lamentablemente, no se notó el esfuerzo por parte del personal del hotel en este aspecto. Otro punto que nos decepcionó fue que no se limpió nuestra habitación durante los tres días de nuestra estancia. La falta de servicio de limpieza es inaceptable en cualquier hotel, y esto afectó nuestro nivel de comodidad y la higiene general de nuestro espacio.

I really enjoyed the stay and easy to get to.

Faltaba mucho personal me hicieron el cargo 2 veces, había mucho mosquito.

Al entrar al hotel, todo estaba muy bien y limpio, los empleados y el gerente del hotel, muy amables y atentos. Pero si debo de mencionar que ya estando en la habitación, si estaba sucio. El baño tenía costras y la cama, manchas desconocidas, y la carpeta también se miraba muy muy sucia.

Room service was not available and the restaurant had limited choices, all super-over-priced. The front desk staff was helpful in ordering in food from outside.

Everything was very good

Overall a very nice clean place, however the only con was that the AC did not work properly. It took a long time to cool the room so the night was uncomfortable.

We paid for filling, tasty breakfast with very good, friendly service. Just a 1 day stay between cities. Comfortable room, quiet. No refrig in room, seems normal. Can walk or drive to stores, restaurants.

Pésimo había una chinche en el cuarto

Just got back from my 2nd stay here in 2 months. Unlike most Mexican hotels, this hotel is very reminiscent of a US chain (I think it might be American owned?). Wall to wall carpet, bathtub, and an overall feel of something like a Ramada, but at a fraction of the cost. Very clean both in the room and the rest of the hotel. The restaurant serves good food and is reasonably priced. Granted, I am in the habit of tipping US-style, but the service was absolutely excellent! All the staff were very accommodating, but Jennifer would go above and beyond for both of my stays! I might avoid the laundry service unless absolutely necessary, as it is quite pricy, especially with the surprise "taxes" that appear come time to pay. There are likely similar services close by in town for much less. All in all, a perfect stay for an unbelievably low price!! I will definitely stay here again when in San Luis.
