The rooms were clean but damp and there was some mold in the corners near the bed. The staff was nice and helpful

Hotel was infested with cockroaches and was filthy. I do not recommend

I got two rooms for the night one of them we ended up having to move to another room because the second floor was leaking water somewhere and it was coming through the ceiling and the room just smelled like it wasn’t clean and just didn’t look clean at all the bathrooms were nasty. The toilets barely work.

The floors were dirty the refrigerator was broken the sheets had some burn holes in them but the bed was comfortable

Ended up leaving and going to another hotel this one had cockroaches

Somone doing concrete restoration outside my door at 11PM. Phone and microwave did not work. No breakfast, as advertised. Ice maker was broken. I stayed 3 nights and the housekeeper never came. Bugs in room. Pool closed. Had to make multiple requests to get an extra pillow. Trash and tools strewn all over property. Dog poop in the driveway.

The room was clean, but smelled very heavily of cigarettes even though it was a non smoking room. Beds were not very comfortable.

It was decent. Few issues were broken toilet paper holder, shower curtain stayed on the outside of the shower so all the water dumped on the floor, no hair dryer, and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Good things were a speedy check in, close parking, housekeepers were very nice, right off the highway, and plenty of restaurants that are in the area.

Okay. No problem.

I found 3 small German roaches running around in the room as well as black mold and rust in the room and bathroom.

Everything including the ice machine, broken rooms are absolutely dirty and disgusting

Is dirty furniture broken bathroom leaking water cockroaches all over do not waste your money coming to the junk place you hear fights on the hallway at 3:00 in the morning terrible it looks like the hotel is being used for who knows what

This place needs to be leveled.

Shower head was high enough. Room was clean. AC unit didn't smell but was loud.

If you want to die or sell contraband, stay here. We left.

The staff was barely competent the door and frame at entrance to room was stained. Mold and mildew was creeping up the walls around the bathtub and there was a roach on the lavatory counter. We will not stay there again and will view the entire chain with suspicion. Have a reservation for our return trip. Tried to get the desk clerk to cancel it. He could or would not. Have tried to phone there this afternoon but no one is answering the phone.

The rooms look gross, with bad lightning, and bathrooms that need remodeling. The front office is the only thing that looks alright. Also the smell in the room was not great.

Had no choice but to stay to night1, cancelled the other 2. Woke to find shower/sink area loaded with roaches. The shower/tub/surround was disgusting, looked like a 6 yr old did the caulking, which is to say that I'm sure the ceiling on the unit below showed significant signs of the leaking. Shower head connection leaked so badly it was spraying everywhere but shower. Graffiti on wall in closet. Entry door seal so bad that cold air (40 deg that night) and light flowed in & bugs or mice could easily pass. Since I left at 4 am to go to speedway I called in morning to complain and the person(Duane) couldn't have been more disinterested - as later evidenced when I showed next evening to see about another room the desk attendant (Bill) said there were no notes about my call. He also showed little regard for the situation but did offer another room, which was in equally poor condition was a connecting room minus the door handle (likely broken off, not intentionally removed). I declined. If this was Bobs motel on broadway where rent by the hour was the usual trade I could at least comprehend the condition, but it wasn't - and I couldn't. I also suspect that many of the rooms are likely being rented on week to week basis to those who may not be in position to come up with F/L/S. My recommendation is to stay very far away from this establishment.

This place is not suitable for anyone. I wouldn't stay for free. The only good thing was the receptionist that tried to help us as much as he could, however there wasn't much to be done. We stayed tree hours just waiting to get reimbursed by Expedia. As soon as we got the reimbursement we left.
