Building is old, needs upgrading, towels and linens we’re old and worn out

Pool deck was extremely dangerous. Very slippery tiles. Tv was fuzzy/blurry, not upgraded. No capabilities to stream from devices.

There was no conditioner in the bathroom.

Hallway carpets are getting worn down and the pool is showing dilapidation. Steam room was closed.

The poor guy at check in was obviously on his own and over worked.

The room is okay, staff are good.

We love it every time!

The room was spotless. The beds were so comfy. The hotel was quiet and family oriented. No loitering from people not using the hotel.

Staff was amazing and welcoming. Excellent room, was clean and nice size.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was banged up but clean. Pool and fitness centre not at all like the photos. Very disappointing. Food was out of stock for 2 days, as were the drinks I wanted. We just ordered something else but the substitutes on it were not very good (looked like chunks of ham on the nachoes that was suppose to be beef).

Room was OK a little old But my bed was always clean and made up fresh. I appreciated that staff always seemed very friendly and courteous.

Room was pretty outdated. bed and towels were very old.
