Hotel needs some tlc especially the rigs

The restaurant and breakfast were amazing!! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub (which could have been hotter). It was also very close to where we needed to get to early in the morning! It is a lovely large hotel which could use a bit of updating but it wasvery comfortable and clean.

Great hotel, will book this one again.

The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was great! Staff were very friendly.👍 I would stay there again.

Room was advertised as two queens, we got two doubles. Room was so tiny our stroller could barely fit. Beds and pillows were not comfortable. Pool was absolutely filthy looking and had to wait 20 minutes for them to bring towels down after calling for them 3 times. Room was relatively cheap but you get what you pay for I guess. Probably the only redeeming quality is the pub food was pretty good. Would not recommend.

Everything smells like dirty kitchen rags dont think they the kitchen has they're own washing machine. The bed sheets and the pool towel everything smeel like dirty rags

Old and outdated with little invested in the past 20+ years. No usb connections in the rooms, difficult to navigate TV's, very basic.

The room was cleaned but the hallway and the part of the Lobby's carpet were not very cleaned and the carpet 1/2 peel off. Breakfast was great with a fair selection. There's plenty of parking space. Overall, It's not too bad. We will

Absolutely amazing. We arrived a little early and were checked in right away and the pool was great and the breakfast buffet was also amazing.

The place is good value for money. There is a pool and free breakfast. Lots of parking. The location is a bit out of the way.

There were no towels in the room and of course I never realized it till after I finished showering. I called down to the front deck and it took them over 10 minutes to bring me towels and they only gave me two bath towels. No hand towels or face cloths. The lady who brought the two towels told me that they get busy and that’s why there were no towels. At checkout I asked at the front deck what they could do about my experience and they told me nothing but I could send an email to someone else, very disappointed. Also the breakfast was not gluten friendly, only eggs and baked beans were gluten free.

Bed was very comfortable!

The breakfast was amazing, great selection and plentiful. The check in was not great, we waited from 3 to 345 waiting for our room. The jacuzzi tub controls were malfunctioning and would turn on during yhe night. The room was nice, comfortable bed and great shower.

Fault A/C. Check In & not a single towel in my room which led to contacting staff 4 times over 3 hours to get my towels. Faulty plumbing in my room. Not worth coming anymore - better nearby hotels for the same price.

Air conditioner did not work and the room was too warm to sleep. Comfortable bed and nice room though

It was good value for the price. But it could be better. The location is not great either.
