Need more improvement cleaning side the beds and carpet.

Excelllent service,clean and quiet property.

As we all say, first impression is the last impression, front desk agent Harmeen was such a kind person and she really guided us well. I really appreciate her customer service and communication skills. After she checked us in everything went awesome as she is.

I would stay here again.

Away from all the street people

I didn’t get to stay in my hotel because my wife ended up in university of Hospital ICU unit. I tried to get a rebate and hotels.com just dropped the ball and they never did get back to me or find anything out about it so I got burnt for my room rate. There is no compassionate reimbursement and that was very disappointing. Thanks who tells.com all I wanted to do is change it to a different date, but they could even do that for me so yeah a little frustrated after spending so much money on this website and booking so many hotels with hotels.com and then they drop the ball on a service that would be really nice and required During a time for family emergency thanks again

We were a large group of people in town to attend a wedding reception. We stayed here for 2 days. A very convenient place for us as it’s located only 5 minutes away from the reception hall. The staff was super friendly and accommodating in every which way. Free breakfast buffet was super awesome; family loved it. Will stay here again anytime

The first night we stayed in the main building and our room on the 4th floor was very hot and the fan was very loud... beds were not comfy but rooms was clean... the breakfast in the morning was very good and had lots of choices 5☆ on that. We checked out and headed to the hospital for our daughters percentage. We ended up haveing to check back in as we needed to stay another night ... we looked at others but ended up going back but picked a new room .. this time was much better!!! We ended up in the add on and it much better. Still clean better beds and the room was great ...

It was good, I usually book same hotel to stay, it’s amazing and in good condition

The bathtub skirting was held together with a screw - the sharp part sticking out; it almost stabbed my toddler in the leg. We went to switch rooms but the system was down and nobody could even check in, so we gave up. We took the screw out and the skirting fell off; we held the bathtub together again with cardboard. We have photos of all of this. The toilet seat hinge was completely broken on one side; we had to screw a lock into the door again because that was falling off. The room was dusty and had old toothpaste splashes were on the backsplash behind the sink. The breakfast room had two buckets collecting water as the completely disintegrated ceiling had fallen apart due to water damage.

Great hotel, strange location. Just wasn’t anything around for conveniences. Loved the option of 2 king beds for a family.
