Nice hotel, clean, spacious, complete coffee maker and microwave in the room. Close to Niagara Falls and places to eat. It's just that they don't provide water in the rooms or in the lobby. There is no bathtub. Instant breakfast everything. The staff at the reception were not very friendly but were quite helpful. Fast check in process.

Good hotel. Close to Niagara and halal food places around the hotel. But it's a long way to 7 Eleven. Complimentary water is not provided in the rooms. So we have to buy it. The lobby looks ordinary. I'm not sure if this is an old hotel or not. The room is nice. Spacious, can accommodate 4 people. Clean but no bathtub. There are plenty of towels and they are clean. No hotel slippers. There is no kettle in the room. The hotel environment is safe even at night. The roads are neat. Breakfast is just instant food and fruit. So far this hotel is good. The staff at the breakfast place were very friendly. The reception staff at check in was very helpful and the check in process took around 10 minutes. The check out staff and others were not very friendly. Not smiling.
